5 Very unhappy since FNB, Metro was 5
It took 3 if my husbands death certificates, (they misplaced first two), at $20 a certificate they promised to reimburse but never did. Eight months later & many calls and trips to the branch finally account was corrected.
They've put fraud restriction on my debit card without notifying me and auto bills now have late charges. My cell phone service disrupted because I wasn't notified. Working on changing Automatic deposits to go to Northwest with phenomenal customer service.
They'll charge $12 a day for overdraft fees. I set up my account so I can't personally overdraft it but they charge $3 to use any ATM and that's how they got me. I tell anyone I see not to use this bank.
They hardly answer phones. And when I do talk to someone or leave a message. They never call back to answer the question. Switching banks now.
Run don’t walk! Unprofessional, rude, ignorant, unkind managers and one teller!
Worst bank ever. Avoid at all costs. Customer service provides 0 help after waiting on the phone for over an hour.
