6Lack of staff.one ATM machine which is off line, only one branch in area. Make up your mind. Invest in the area or leave.
Now I know why they closed the Montoursville Branch, there clueless! Here.
Do not go here. Tried depositing money and she tried telling me that she only saw five dollars short of what was actually there. Me and my boyfriend counted several times and even sorted out the bills and everything so we were certain that the amount was indeed correct. We told her to count again and she didn’t say anything so we assumed that’s what she did. Anyways, about 20 minutes after we left the bank we noticed the money wasn’t in the account. Therefore, We called and said that this lady had somehow deposited it into a closed account! How is this even possible? But she had told us that the money would be available first thing tomorrow. Tomorrow comes, and the money is five dollars short.we decided to call and she said that our deposit was for 120 instead of the 125 (which was what we had deposited.) She went on to tell us that if that was the correct amount, her drawer would’ve been short. I strongly believe that this lady pocketed that money and does this to other people as well. I was in the drive thru, so it is certainly possible. Watch out for the lady with red hair. There needs to be an investigation on her and she deserves to rot
I have been a customer for over 10 years. This last tax and stimulus has been a nightmare for their bank customer service. This branch has workers at the counter that get mad and are short. I called 3 times from 9 am - 1 pm. And got no answer. I then went to the branch and stood waiting while the workers talked about not answering the phone and how people keep calling over and over and that "they need to get a clue". Also one worker went to answer and was told not to. I will be switching banks as soon as my stimulus comes through and student funds.
Definitely don’t bank here if you are older, immune compromised or otherwise afraid of getting sick. 4 employees inside, none of them wearing masks. Very unprofessional and very unsafe.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Just the rudest most disrespectful staff I’ve come across. Do not bank here. They are unwilling to help or speak to you in a respectful manner. I understand everyone has bad days every now and again but they’ve had a nasty attitude every time I’ve come in there. The company really needs to step up and take some disciplinary action.
