8Arrived at the facility Sat. 6/11 @ noon. Suppose to be open until 1: 00pm. Gates closed, no one around. Someone else pulled up also expecting them to be open. It’s best to call before you travel there as it seems their hours are a matter of convenience.
Good place to drop off yard waste if you live in one of the local areas that participates in the program.
Easy access for mulch & compost. Why do east allen residents have to pay $25 for permit when other member municipal residents do not pay a user fee. Is this not state funded/mandated.
Very convenient to grab some mulch and decent compost. Don’t bring any yard waste with Roots. Get your act together with your hours it’s ridiculous
It's nice to have a easy place to drop off grass clippings and brush.

Web site needs to be updated in a timely manner! More than once I loaded up my truck and took a drive over there only to find that they were closed when the web site stated that they were open. Other than that, its a great place.
Excellent facility for yard waste drop off. All yard attendants are very accommodating and helpful throughout the entire season.
Website hours were wrong. It says they are open on Monday 11/20/17 and they are on summer hours. When I arrived they were closed and on winter hours. The brush permit says summer hours end on 11/29/17.
