I haven’t had many problems with fishbone over the past few years but yesterday my board snapped the same day I got it. I called the store and told the employee what happened and without asking for any sort of refund they got very defensive and immediately blamed me for landing the trick wrong. If the board snapped directly along the bolts it was more than likely over tightened trucks from the employee that caused a pressure crack which I never blamed the employee for originally. A simple no, unfortunately all board sales are final would’ve been much better.
This store has the most amazing staff and customer service I have experienced ever. I drove 2 hrs to get here to purchase accessories for my Son's skateboard and left with a brand new board for my Son. The only mistake I made was not recording y Son's face when he received his new Board. What an Amazing Staff
, Yes I was there on Saturday 2/18/2023. Jocelyn was Amazing they built the new board for my Son it's beautiful! One more thing I called him while in the store and Ms. JOCELYN HEARD THE WHOLE CONVERSATION ABOUT HIS FAVORITE COLORS. EXPERIENCE WAS BEYOND EXCELLENT.
Didn’t know this place had wish bracelets, incense and body jewelry. Lady who works there is super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Reasonable prices
