Very professional and friendly staff. They were knowledgeable hard-working and friendly. We felt very confident about our purchases and were able to pick the right bikes for us based on their guidance and expertise. They did not push anything on us or try to up their sale but rather listened to our wants/needs and guided us to find something suiting these. I feel confident about my purchases and am very excited about using them.

Mike and Dominic are extremely knowledgeable and they communicated very well while I was waiting for the bike to show up and be assembled as well. They listened to what I wanted in a bike and helped make suggestions based on my riding ability and experience and also using their own experiences for input as well. Highly recommend dealing with both of them

I grossly overpaid for a treadmill and a so-called "lifetime maintenance contract. " Sadly, this was not the case. I was denied service for a required maintenance and told to "look it up on YouTube. " I contacted them with my complaint and never even received the courtesy of a response.

We bring our bikes here for tune-ups, upgrades and repairs. We get fast service and great service at a very fair price!
