Five Below, Plymouth Meeting PA

This is the place where I get all of my accessories for my phone taking pictures and videos. It has so much stuff for you to entertain yourself or others. Always love going to five below because you never really know what you might find.

I will not be returning to this store. SO much junk all over the isles. VERY dirty and the employees are not friendly. I got the feeling that I was bothering them trying to buy something

Went in with my two children while in that shopping center for something else. It was 30 minutes until closing time, and one of the workers kept screaming every 5-10 minutes that they were getting ready to close. She then stood at the door and told everyone that came in that they were closing. It was extremely rude, and made my children feel uncomfortable. I saw other people leave their items and walk out. We still completed our purchase however, but I could tell the cashier felt bad about his co-workers actions. Totally tacky, management should really do something about how rude the staff comes across there. I'm only giving two stars because my boys love the toys and candy in there, and it's always well stocked.

Not as big as others. Has a great art supply, lots of books. I stopped in to pick up a phone cord which I have bought before at 5 Below. Forget those $19.98 and above prices. Every cell phone accessory at 5 Below is definitely worth buying at the 5 Below price.

First time at this location and there is no self checkout. I had my two nieces with me who made a purchase and when they were done asked the old caucasian lady fir an extra bag because she threw everything in one bag even though they purchased items for each of them but just paid together. She told them they couldn’t have another bag. Why not? She just wanted to be difficult bc they were black children. I asked the other cashier an older male for an extra bag and he had no problem giving it to me. Train your cashiers in better customer service!

It's a nice clean store with a good variety of items. I would not trust their electronics though. They are only good if you only need to use them a couple of times.
