Five Guys, Wayne PA

Unbelievable - saw management berating and verbally abusing a family for filling up their kids water bottle and actually kicked them out of the store. Completely unreal. I will never go back there again and hope that action is taken to correct this hateful behavior.

Burgers/fries are delish. I will admit the prices are a bit steep, but, again, they are delish! Their fries are. Well, you just gotta taste them. Oh, did I mention the milkshakes? To die for!

Witnessed the manger yell at a family and kick them out because they refilled their kids water bottle at a touch less water station. He called them stupid and ignorant. Absolutely uncalled for and ignorant on his part. Will not be going back!

Disrespectful to families.witnessed them continually yell at a young family for refilling a water bottle at a touch less station for one of the their young children. Not very family friendly.

Discriminates against people without a mask. They yell you must wear a mask!

I asked why do vaccinated people need to wear masks here and which guidelines they're using.no response. No problem! I'll take my money elsewhere.

Usually enjoy five guys, but my last visit was very Disappointing. When in kept our distance wore our masks, ordered our lunch. Took longer then other times before.i guess everybody uses covid-19 for the excuses now, but all these places have to do better. Employees need direction on how to wear a mask and stay safe. Otherwise I would give them another chance. Enjoy!

Pretty good 5 guys. I sat there for 3 hrs writing my work and noone bothered me. Not too bad for a burger joint

First time at a Five Guys -great burger, not previously frozen or from a steamer, great toppings and taste.

Great atmosphere and very personal service. The menu was crisp and enchanting. Will definitely recommend this place to others. Convenient rates and large meals. Great work.

Not for me. Not that much of a carnivore. I passed on the $7 burger. But it seemed nice, clean and friendly enough. No crowds at all.

Cheeseburger was great. Fries weren't as crispy as usual this time, but still good. I'm not a fan of the Coke Freestyle machines they have at this location.

The burguer is very good but the fries arent the best as spread around. I like being abke to put any topping i wanna on the burguer abd the meat tastes good like charcoal grilled

The best fast food restaurant I visited so far. Nice fries, five guys! ;) And the burgers are pretty big.

Just want to give a shout out to the BEST FIVE GUYS EVER! I have been to ALOT and this one is ALWAYS CONSISTENT!

Still a good burger but, fries way too salty, no A/C or A/C not working, floor was slippery, too much soap when cleaning or greasy? I would like to think too much soap.

Food is what you’d expect from any Five Guys. The service at this place was extremely slow though especially for being around 8: 30 on a Sunday night. It was pretty empty in the place. It took over 20 minutes to get our two burgers and an order of fries.

Love 5 Guys. Always consistently good. Portions are very fair, staff always pleasant and well trained.

It's a high end McDonald's, there's something for high end
You can get just bunless, or lettuce wrap.

The setting is very simple but the food is incredible! I loved my hot dog and boardwalk fries.what a gem!

They make a great burger here and as always, generous portions of fries. Fast service too as they make them fresh to order.
