Five Guys, Pittsburgh PA

I ordered my food online, paid for an ahead of time due to my lunch break. I got to the location an they made me stand in line behind everyone! Super long line took a very long time to get my food. Everyone got their food before me. Very disappointed

Best fries, hands down. Indoor seating is open again, and all the condiments are back out. Life is good.

Standard Five Guys location, prices are a bit steep and the burgers are thrown together sloppily. Flavor variety and service are great, Can be very busy during peak hours. Free Peanuts too

A Pittsburgh favorite! Amazing food, spacious interior. Fries are next to the best (I know that's just an opinion, but I will assure you it's an opinion that is shared by many) Almost everything about Five Guys is 5 star. Except the prices. A little on the higher end. Worth it? You bet!

Burger was good and usual five guys quality but this location is so skimpy on the fries. Nearly $4 for little fries and they just fill the tiny cup whereas every other five guys fills the cup plus a ton extra in the bag. For that reason I’ll probs skip going to this location unless I’m just getting a burger.

They are too busy in the arguing and not paying attention to the fact that the our customers to the point where they're getting orders wrong and for getting to put items inside of bags

Overall a decent burger joint. The customer service is hit or miss, but usually pretty good. Just not as good as Chicagoland suburbs. I was working in Downtown Pittsburgh for about 3 months and ate there for lunch or dinner ~3x a week.

Ordered a milkshake. It never got here. Apparently Five Guys can't do anything about this! Instead of sending over our milkshake, we get to get our refund ourselves. Unreliable and unprofessional. Really disappointed.

I do not recommend this place! They cook quietly and autumn is dirty as in a garbage bin! The staff does not wash my hands, tables are dirty! Who goes there means not to respect yourself

I have eaten here many times given its convenient location. The burgers are made fresh to order, so everything always tastes great. The staff here offers great customer service as well.

A little pricey for burgers and fries, but it is worth it. Take off a star for average service by staff.

Food was fresh and put together well. I do not like dry or sloppy burgers. Even though there was auttle longer wait than expected it seemed like the food was made with care. I'll come again

Overpriced, it's a standard burger and fries joint. It wasn't bad but wasn't worth what they're asking.

Staff is good and service is fast. Dining room always clean. Not as good as the Oakland location though.

I give it 5 stars because I've been there 3x kn the last 3 weeks and my burger was delicious, my fries were fresh, I received friendly service, my order was accurate and my order in a decent amount of time. Thanks Five Guys. Keep up the great work!

I am a 5 Guys man. I love the double cheese burgers and their fries. I did not give them a 5 because the workers that hold it down in Pittsburg moved a little slower than other 5 Guys workers.

Custom made burgers. Free peanut while waiting for you order BUT too expensive. This is my second time eating here and this time I had a bad experience, the guy who took my order on the cashier did not gave me what I wanted. I had all plain burgers, I told him that just one of the 4 burgers was plain the rest with all the fixings. We were too hungry to wait any longer to fix our order.

We eat here often. Burgers and fries are amazing. My daughter with food allergies is happy to have a place to go she can eat and they are careful to keep from cross contamination.never had a problem.

Quality burgers and fries with fast service at lunch. The small burger and fries are a great size to get your burger fix without going overboard.
