Five Guys, Allentown PA

Was not happy. Lunch for 2 people (1 burger, 1 junior burger, small fried, and 1 shake) totaled $36. Had to clean off table.

Got there right before close the staff was extremely friendly and the food was prepared and tasted good but definitely come back to this location again.

I just got fries and grilled cheese for my grandson. I don't know about the grilled cheese, but I had some fries! Way too salty! Gross! Also I think it's way too expensive! But the workers where awesome!

So, this review isn't really about the food, which is pretty much like every 5 Guys, somewhat over-priced but better than average burgers and FANTASTIC french-fries. Since moving into the same shopping center, my co-workers and I have been in this shop dozens of times, and every time we get fantastic service. The crew is always upbeat, quick to greet every customer and there is ALWAYS at least one employee cleaning some part of the store. They're fast and accurate and a pleasure to deal with. 5G clearly hires and trains good people who certainly seem to be well lead.

This is horrible and the fact that everything came out to $90 dollars all burgers were red and I’ve worked here before I know what the standards are and this is insane not to mention this is the second time this has happened night shift staff is horrible my bread was not even toasted the “grilled onions” were just onions so sad how down hill this place has gone

Walked in, saw that it costs $7.00 for a stinking hot dog that probably wasn't kosher, walked out.

Great food. Just a lil bit pricey. 1 grilled cheese and Bacon burger with fries n drink almost $40 not too many visits to that place

Food was good. Wish the buns were a tad bigger, they tend to slide right off and towards the end of the burger there's no bun left.

The food is so good but not "$50 for 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 shakes" good. Once a year is enough for me.

Don't have anything to complain about at all. Just an overall good place to stop on by.

I'm not happy with the milkshakes here. The add-on choices are good, but the quality of the shake was not. Milkshake was really thined down and not very cold. Let's stick to the burgers.
Also, coworkers shouldn't be berating another in front of customers. I really didn't feel that was very professional or very becoming of that person.

Five guys serving up some of the best burgers in the valley with a price tag that matches. All ingredients are quality and the burger meat is never frozen cooked made to order. Help yourself to some peanuts while you wait for your homemade french fries to get out of the frier. Lastly help yourself to a delicious milkshake to put a cap on a most delicious meal. All for the low low price of an arm or a leg.
But hey, you know how the saying goes. You get what you pay for.

Never had an issue with this location. Staff is friendly and attentive and making the food to order allows it to always be fresh!

Excellent food, friendly staff, it was difficult to find a clean place to sit though, even though there were only 4 or 5 other table sat.

Burgers weren't great this time around, at least definitely not for the money. It was soggy and not enough ketchup, mayo. Toppings were small too. I like mushrooms. There were only literally only two pieces of mushrooms. Shakes were good, but again expensive.

The fries had an almost insane amount of salt on them, but otherwise everything was very nice, especially the milkshake.

The burger was good. A little overpriced. The same food you get from BK or McD but more expensive.

Unbelievable service from this restaurant. I was completely overwhelmed by the teamwork and overall comradery in this place. I have to give credit to a manager (Luis) who really went above and beyond!
