Five Guys, Bala Cynwyd PA

I'm not typically one to leave bad reviews but I've given this location too many chances. Every time I have ordered for pick up I've had to wait inside for at least 15 minutes and often longer, even when I wait a half hour or so after ordering, and you're always crammed in with ten or so other people also waiting on pickup orders. When you finally get your food the burger is cold and hastily thrown together, I've gotten ones with the toppings almost completely off the burger. I kept going back thinking they were just busy and eventually I'd catch them on a good day, but nope. Last time I went to this location I got the worst food poisoning in my recent memory. It sucks because I love five guys and this is the only location that's convenient for me to go to. But I'm still never going back here.

Idk what was going on today but everyone seemed upset, but I know everyone have bad days.other than that service is always ok

Food was good, employees were nasty to each other. I watched this young man berate an older gentleman worker. I spoke up too.

I hadn't been to 5 guys in quite a while. Hugely disappointed. The prices seem crazy $7 single/ $11 double for a lower quality meat. Not a lot of flavor and grissley. Their fries are great but only if they are cooked well and not a soggy mess and there always are some that aren't cooked well. Then the shake. I need to look up their ingredients but I'd be really surprised if that's real ice cream they are using - definitely sweetened with high fruitous corn syrup. Yuck.

My experience was exceptional. I placed my order and before I knew it I was walking out the door and by the way the food was delicious.

They need a microphone in there to yell out the numbers when it's crowded. Still great food and a great group of young respectful kids working in their.

Over rated. Fries are way to greasy. Love that their potatoes are fresh cut but they soak up too much oil. Has to be a better way.

Five Guys used to be one of my favorite spots. I must say not so much anymore. When you walk by it smells AMAZING.and I watched my Co worker eat one and was so hungry that I decided to get one of my own. I get there and was number 88. I only got a burger! I hear them calling out number 89- next thing you know they're at number 91.last I checked 88 was before ALL of those numbers and some of these orders included extra food like french fries. I do not like bad customer service and the staff were very friendly but just completely out of order apparently. When I finally ate my burger the cheese was not melted and the burger barely had any flavor. Ive had better burgers at Burger King! Guess that's the reason I hadn't been there in years and there is most definitely no rush to go back!

Ordered fries and a burger for my granddaughter. Get home and notice no burger in the bag. Didn't feel like going all the way back there

It’s just BAD customer service ok I ordered my food burger and fries whatever I look up to see a girl making a sandwich that has pork bacon on ok I don’t eat pork so asked is she can change her cloves before making my food, well she looked at me laugh walked away like if I didn’t say nothing ok I ask the manager hey can she change her gloves before making my food she said NO wow I’m glad I was recording they need to be out of a job….

Terrible service rude staff very unprofessional supervisors allow their staff to disrespect customers what kind of operation are you running here?

I was the first customer today and the grill was filthy. I already ordered so I let it slide. I've done greasy spoons before but that was ridiculous. Stop letting kids run the store.

Good fries, great dogs, and ok burgers. I am not a fan of the cheese used here and wish there were some better options. They also put pickles on the burgers by default, so be careful if you don't like them. Some good food if you are craving an unhealthy meal.

Good afternoon, yesterday I went to one of my favorite take-out restaurants and I ordered ahead of time at 5: 27 pm. Two bacon cheeseburgers, one no bun lettuce wrapped. My order was supposed to be ready by 5: 48 or so. So I went shopping and got there about 5: 44. The line was long but moving and as I waited people who had just ordered were getting their food (pretty girls) when I the young man who had wrapped my food up ten minutes ago about the wait he got hostile said the lines are long and I had to wait for my food. I then said I just watch you bag my food and you bypass my food now lettuce will be soggy then he scream I just have to wait. No happy at all 6: 20 pm was when I got my food. Food was okay service has to improve.

Found a small piece of plastic in burger! Unacceptable especially during this pandemic. How can I trust that there isn't Covid in my food if there is bits of plastic in my food. I just survived Covid and find a piece of plastic in my food after not eating solid foods for 2 weeks.do you know how disheartening that is? Essential workers want to be treated like gold but don't care about customer's health and safety. This is why the minimum wage should not, and hopefully, will not be raised. Too much risk for company's to pay out for unqualified employees. Unqualified to flip a burger imagine that! DO BETTER FIVE GUYS. AND I GAVE 2 STARS BECAUSE THE BURGER WAS GOOD UNTIL THE PLASTIC. I FORGIVE YALL JUST DO BETTER. AND YES, OF COURSE, YOU LOST A CUSTOMER

Sorry, their burgers aren't good. The cheese tastes nasty, the Buns taste slightly old. And their Burger patties are Dry as heck. If you want a good burger I recommend (not McDonald's), Wendy's, Chic fila, Buger king, or Popeyes.

Five guys has one of the best fries and I still love it. The quality of the fries used to be a lot better before but even today it's one of the better fries.

Stopped by this location to pick-up my online order of milkshakes. The store were very busy and lots of customers are waiting for their order inside. What I thought would be a long wait, turned out to be a pretty fast order.

I went inside the store before my order status is ready to pick-up. As soon as I got in and mention my order to staff, they assigned an individual to catch-up with milkshakes and creamery orders. My orders came out pretty fast and I love the responsiveness of the staff in this location!

Went there for lunch today, first time ever for me and my husband, we were totally disappointed.
2 cheeseburgers and 2 fries, totally greasy over salted fries and it was half a patty of burger on the buns. The salted caramel shake was vanilla, the only thing that was good was the chocolate malt. Everything went in the trash where it belongs. Hey five guys on City Line, get it together please. That's one and done, we won't be back.
