Good management and team communication when they are getting hammered by customers. Never had an order wrong and always good food.

Andrea was incredibly kind! My wife is pregnant and was craving fries. We went in at closing and she kept reassuring us that it was fine and staff was extremely friendly.

Do you guys know how soggy your fries are? Are they always so soggy, or did I just come on a bad day? Mine were gross; I couldn't eat them. The burger was good though, so my rating averaged out to a 3.

Good vibes! Stephan, the manager, and team are cooking up delicious food, friendly service, and a clean restaurant (bathrooms too!). Will def return!

This place is not a regular for us as we are trying to eat healthier, but it never disappoints. My online order wasn’t ready until about 20 mins after it was supposed to be. I wasn’t upset as it took me a bit to get there; but they were apologetic and put a couple of scoops of extra fries in my bag. It was enough that I could heat them up for the kids to have with lunch the next day! Delicious food, tastes fresh, nice people. I’ll be back for our annual meal next year)

Their Burgers are absolutely delicious and always cooked properly. No burger joint will ever top this location. If you’re in the area looking for large food quantities and sensational food quality, Look no further!

I used to work at this location for 4 years, and 3 years at the Easton location. (left company 3 years ago) … I always love a good burger but the workers are truly incompetent. I used to run shifts like it was nothing when I was a teenager. Today I worked from home, so I ordered Uber Eats (had an amazing driver), I called the restaurant to specify I wanted a side of Cajun, extra cheese, and extra jalapeños as I couldn’t adjust it on the app… they repeated everything multiple times, and I got 4 small jalapeño slices on my burger, and vinegar side instead of Cajun. The vinegar spilled out the side of the container because it wasn’t secured properly, as soon as I lift my bag up all of my fries drop out of the bottom of the vinegar soaked bag onto the floor. If you want competent workers handling your food, I suggest you go to Airport Road. This location has really gone down hill since I left.

Great cheeseburgers but the fries are even better. I like knowing that our food is made to order and is, therefore, never cold. The employees seem to really care about customer service.

Ordered delivery through the app tonight and my burger had 2 of the maybe 5 toppings I ordered. I called and the person I spoke with was fantastic! They weren't able to have a new burger delivered since it's done through door dash, so they refunded me. When I reordered, my food arrived correctly and with a $15 gift card. Thank you!:)

Whether it's eating there or getting it delivered via UberEATS, it's 5 stars for 5 guys. Everything is always hot, fresh, and tasty. The burgers are banging, the hot dogs are great, and the fries hit the mark. I never liked their fries cause they were usually a greasy and sad mess. I wanted to revisit them for the review and I was happy with everything! Nothing will ever beat McDonald's fries but these def rank up there. When ordering to your house the burgers and dogs are wrapped in foil which keeps it hotter longer than just using paper. Will always go back.

Manager is rude and doesn’t want any business don’t go here they’re not friendly. Front door was open at 10: 30 and they wouldn’t serve me. Even though they had bacon cooking on the grill

Always friendly, and always handing out extra fries! The way they make hotdogs tastes just like they came off a backyard grill.

Burger was ok, but overpriced. If they sold reasonably sized fries I would have bought some, but even the small size is enormous for person. Very wasteful

This place is very expensive and not very good. The burgers and fries were soggy. $65 for 4 burgers and 4 orders of fries is too expensive for a family.

Never had a bad meal at a 5 guys, the burgers always came out Juicy, Cheesy, bacon crispy, and this visit was no different, best place to get a burger in my honest opinion. If I could give this 6 stars I would.

Neutral to be honest. I rank them on top of the other burger joints, great service overall with the food almost living up to their pricing. I'll choose them before eating at wendys, BK, McDonald's that claims to sell quality food when in reality its just salted cardboard.

When you are in the mood for a great fresh hot and amazing burger this is the only place to go This location is wonderful with its top notch fast and courtious customer service and delicious fresh made to order burgers. Great food with delicious burgers, fresh buns with many delicious toppings to choose from, great fries and hot dogs and grilled cheese too. Food is consistently good with fresh and top quality ingredients. Staff follow safety guidelines and restaurant is clean and organized with comfortable seating. All staff are eager to provide a great dining or pick up experience with fast and friendly service. Why go to fast food places and pay high fast food prices, when you can get a much better quality made to order burger at Five Guys that you see prepared in front of you instead of behind the scenes and out of sight like all other fast food places. Five Guys quality ingredients and high quality beef cannot be beat. Forget the long drive through lines at your local fast food burger places and head to Five guys instead. They offer in person pick up, dine in, curbside and call ahead orders as well as on the delivery platforms. There is only one place to go when you want a great burger, Five Guys. Keep up the great work.

I was just there tonight for takeout. You could tell they were so stressed with the amount of orders they were trying to fill. I just wanted them to know that they are doing a great job! Everyone is short staffed out there, thank you for showing up and doing your best in a difficult situation.
