The customer service was amazing, all the guys cooking and behind the counter were very friendly and kind.

I haven't had five guys in yearsss but I remembered it used to be good. I got the bacon cheeseburger and fries. The burger was very mediocre and the fries were extremely salty. And that says a lot because I love salty fries.but these were borderline inedible.

Waited well over an hour for our order. Food was cold and NOT what we ordered. Worst experience ever at was once our favorite burger place.

Was very disappointed about the hiring process gave me a horrible interview on a rain day guy wasn't even there to interview me had someone who work there play it off in a fake interview was told I would receive a phone call and nothing no call and they didn't even answer when I called I came up there to meet you guys and you sent me away looking dumb waiting by the phone for you to call. Obviously I didn't get it but a phone call email something.

We had a good experience food was good and so was the service. Price was crazy high, $36 for two cheese burgers two fountain drinks and one fri. Burger was good but not amazing for that price.

Second time here and over 35 minute wait. Just left the place.
Today to top it off the staff started arguing and yelling at each other when place was packed with people.

I wish I could rate this Five Guys a minus 5. This is my second bad experience at this location. It took 55 minutes to get my order of 2 burgers. When I asked about my order, I got no response from the rude zombie-like employees. When I finally got my order home and unwrapped it, the order was wrong.

The food is very expensive considering it's a burger. It was good but not for the price. The 3 times I have gone I had to wait too long for the food. I won't be back.

The absolute worst location of a Five Guys I've ever been to. I spent 40 minutes waiting for your order that I never received. Even when the guy at register let the cook know that I have not received my order he still continues to skip over it. He took another 15 minutes long refund me my money absolutely horrible.

Food was the worst 5 guys I ever had. Fries were burnt beyond crispy and had no flavor. The burger was very burnt. Neither of the soda fountains worked. Definitely wasn't happy spending $22 on a burnt burger, fries and drink that i couldn't even get out of the machine.

Dear Five Guys, if you don’t have enough staff for a Friday night, then close your store for the day! We waited an hour for our order and never got it, so we left without our food.

Came in at 4: 06pm burgers were bagged and waited until 4: 14pm for fries and not seasoned.

I paid $18 for three fried workers to take 30 mins on one meal and when I got my bacon burger it didn’t have cheese like why don’t these dummies upcharge I would of said yes. Nobody wants a dry burger. Be better, hire some better workers or just don’t over charge for dog food.

Staff was great, fast, professional and friendly. Burgers were decent, but nothing special, fries were just a big soggy clump when we got home, so the extras we were given weren't very appreciated. Milk shake was thick and good.
