Terrible service, literally tell them you don't wanna purchase an item from them for your vehicle. But they still call numerous times and try to sell you said item. Worried about nothing but taking advantage of customers and making more money.

I always have a good experience at the Altoona facility! Everyone is always very kind, the atmosphere is always friendly, and peaceful! The wait time is never longer than expected. They are always very prompt with my appointments and services!

Single handedly the worst experience of my life.
My 2013 outlander had a recall, I took it to have this recall repaired and it was nothing but a headache.
There were 2 different men who took turns calling me through out the day saying completely different things because they couldn't bother to communicate with each other.
I asked them to call my insurance company to have the vehicle looked at and not only did they not bother they then tried to charge me for a battery saying it needed one to pass inspection despite the fact the entire front end of the car had broken.
After fighting for weeks to get them to do their job and repair the broken parts covered by warranty I was able to go pick up my car.
Imagine my surprise when it had clearly been moved around but had absolute no transmission fluid.
The recall it was there was a crossmember breaking, which allowed the axle to fall our of the transmission.
They replaced the axle but didn't bother to put fluid in it.
I had to ask to be given a receipt of the work done and honestly every single person I had to deal with had an attitude problem.
They made the entire process twice as long and exceedingly more difficult the entire time.
They couldn't care less about the condition or safety of my vehicle as long as they got paid for things the vehicle didn't even need.
My insurance was paying for most of the work and the recall was covering the rest but they still felt the need to call me multiple times a day to sell me things I didn't need or want.
Was super glad my husband could run to Walmart to get transmission fluid to put in my car which had metal flakes on the very dry stick before I left what's supposed to a working garage.
They also informed me that Erie insurance was paying them, considering I have have progressive this was super nice to hear.
I hope they're better salesman than they are mechanics.
My 3 year old son could operate a garage better.

Just wanted to mention the gentleman that processed my paperwork was very polite as well! Your service dept is top notch as well. I bought my Outlander sport new in 2018 and 5 star took care of my inspections and oil changes and also wash my car! I'm loving the new Outlander so far!

The team, Brittany, Rick, Brandon and Trevor that we worked with went above and beyond to earn our business and I would say that I'm a tough sale. This is the first time I've purchased a vehicle without anxiety or frustration. I would highly recommend Five Star to anyone looking to make a vehicle purchase!

We’d like to thank everyone again for being so patient and understanding with the buying process of our vehicle! Rich was a great salesman, he really looked out for our best interest. Brandon was amazing, he made the process less nerve-wracking. He went out of his way to ensure I was getting the best deal.without those guys, we wouldn’t have the beautiful car we have. Predatory dealership. Continuous mailings flagging my bankruptcy with big bold letters in my mail for everyone to see. I wouldn't do business with these people for anything. They are trying to bait financial hardship people for predatory loans. The letter says to contact Nikki or Tom. I'll recommend to everyone I know not to do business with them.

Since last summer we bought a total of 5 brand new cars there, the sales team is great BUT the service dept not so much. I just had my car there a week ago for its first oil change and they tried to check my tire pressure (which the light was not on) any way I had after market valve caps and they were corroded shame on me cause I was the owner of a auto repair shop so I knew better but anyway the mechanic instead of leaving them alone and just telling me cranked on them with a wrench breaking the sensors now the light is on all the time and the car only has 6k miles on it. I got the caps off without using force or any damage. So you need to train your mechanics better and tell them to not be a bull in a China shop cause now a car I paid good money for is now damaged. My wife was talking about getting another vehicle there but I don't think this will happen unless this problem is made right. So now to add to this review I just took my wife's 2023 eclipse cross there for a complementary oil change got it back went to pull out and it was making a thumping sound there was a license plate screw in the tire so I went back and they plugged it they should have replaced the tire. And mine has never been resolved. So never again will I do business there and won't recommend anyone there either. Poor service dept.
