I reached out to FKR IV on Facebook this morning about my hosebib leak. I sent them pictures and asked if they had any availability today. They were able to squeeze me in and come out by 10: 45am. They were in and out in under an hour. Very professional, kind, pet friendly, overall quick service. They replaced the hosebib with a frost free one and also installed a shut off valve. I am very pleased and will be using them for future needs. My kids will be so happy to hear that our hose problem is fixed!

I would never consider this company to do any work at my property. The driver are reckless they like driving on the bumper of a women and kids in Carter have a bad attitude

We had a leaking sewer line in front of our house that was causing flooding issues in our home. My wife found FKRIV online when asking around for a good plumbing company. We where very glad that we chose FKRIV. Frank and his team were very professional and friendly. Frank explained the process step by step and did a great job replacing our sewer line at a reasonable price. If you are looking for a great plumber I would definitely recommend using FKRIV.

Was not told it would be $250 minimum for him to be at our house for 15 minutes when the appointment was made. Then was told it had to be cash or check when their website shows credit cards as acceptable payment. Feel like it was a swindle type organization. This one's on me for being gullible, will never use again.

Well worth the read. I can't express how grateful I am for Frank and his team's service, I originally used Homeserve and their contractor to fix my main water line in November (it was leaking out front of my home), they had to replace the whole line and in the process damaged my basement wall, I had water in my basement everytime we had days of rain. The original contractor tried to fix it several times from the inside of the house and wasn't successful, it then turned into them blaming my gutters, that I have a foundation issues, the plumber and homeserve denied responsibility. I had to get my own plumber and get another opinion. Here comes Frank, he told me the wall needed to be sealed from the outside not just the inside, he can fix it. The best job, The best experience. For something that has been a miserable experience from the beginning, Frank and his team truly made it better, calmed my anxiety, a very caring man. Great quality, skill, and knowledge. A dying bread in my opinion, no one really goes the extra step, Frank did and has a customer for ever. Thank You!

Frank was AMAZING! He went above and beyond to help us with our water heater and our heater issues. He was very knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, VERY fair. I would highly recommend him to everyone.

I needed a local plumber and called FKRIV because Ive seen their office nearby my home and Google even shown them 1st in results.

We had a panic situation where our upstairs flooded the bathroom and water went everywhere then flowed into ceiling boards into downstairs bathroom.
It turned out to be a freak accident type occurrence all in all but Frank IV and his son Frank V sprung on the scene to assess the issue, discuss with us the cause and gave us feedback on preventative maintenance to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
His knowledge about plumbing and Bristol home setups put us at ease so we felt in good hands

When you’re straight up with people while educating them as well is where I feel you win the business. And we’ll be using FKR again for future needs!

Highly recommend FKR and Frank. Extremely professional and was more than fair in pricing. Repaired gauge on oil tank and installed gas fireplace. Did excellent work, was on time and very responsive, but most importantly was very fair with pricing. Highest res commendation possible.

I found FKRIV plumbing by posting a Facebook question “Does anyone know a good plumber? ” I saw several recommendations for FKRIV plumbing. My husband Gary called today for service and was very surprised when the owner Frank arrived at our door within an hour of his call. He fixed our issue in a quick and professional manner. His price was reasonable and Gary liked him personally.

Had a leak from the tub drain to the basement. Originally thought we needed to replace the whole part but once the plumber was fixing it, he noticed it just needed an adjustment to the original part. Saved us $300-$400! Very professional and gave us several options on how to fix it with each price breakdown. Pricing was fair and affordable too! Called on a Friday, plumber came out on Monday (since it wasn’t an emergency, we told them to wait until the following week) and it was fixed Tuesday morning. Apprentice was professional, quick and knowledgeable too!

Frank just finished up a hot water heater job for us. He was on time, professional and helped us in a timely manner. He also showed us that we were out of code and made some safety adjustments as well. He could have easily installed the tank with bare minimum effort but making the safety adjustments and keeping my family safe won him this review.
