Flagship Oral, Facial, and Dental Implant Surgery, Newtown PA

This was my first experience of having a tooth extracted besides my wisdom teeth which was 20+ years ago. The staff was awesome and friendly. The doctor was extremely nice and even fixed another broken tooth that I had from a previous time. Super nice everyone, these men and women are heroes having to wear masks all day long and I thank them all for their service and care pleasant experience considering. I highly recommend

Great experience all around! The staff was kind, efficient, and helpful. I had all four wisdom teeth removed by Dr. G yesterday and have experienced minimal pain within the past 24 hours. The office even called this morning to check in on me. I would 100% recommend Flagship Oral Surgery for your dental needs.

Little bit of a rocky start but over all everything worked out well. The office staff and doctors are very pleasant. The procedure is fine and all healed.

Dr. Steinkeler and staff at Flagship Oral Surgery did an outstanding job with the procedure that I recently had done (involving extractions an implants). Great communication, no post surgical pain. Great atmosphere and level of competence by everyone involved!

Although getting a tooth extracted is never something you want to do the doctors at Flagship make you as comfortable as possible.
I have used them twice and both times I was treated wonderfully.

All went well, the tooth extraction was well done and in a timely manner.
My only exception and the reason for three stars was that I asked my technician to summon my wife once the procedure was completed and she did not.
With all of the instructions being told to me once the procedure was completed and me having MS and cognitive issues I wanted someone to hear the instructions and make sure we understood them.
My wife also had to call back because the antibiotic and pain meds were never sent to the pharmacy.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience yesterday at this practice in Newtown, PA. I needed an extraction sooner than later and all Oral Surgeons in my hometown of Rehoboth Beach, De.were booked until August. I called Flagship and they got me in within a few days. I had read so many great reviews of this practice and the experience did not disappoint. The entire staff were so friendly and kind. Dr. Steinkeler did my extraction. He explained everything he did throughout the entire procedure. I had absolutely no pain during the extraction (which means he did a great job with the novocaine). He has a great chair side manner and made me feel very calm. My experience was worth the 2.5 hour drive there. I highly recommend Dr. Steinkeler and the staff at Flagship!

From start to finish was a very pleasant experience. All of the staff were helpful and caring which made me comfortable leading up to my surgery. Would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Steinkeler is an excellent oral surgeon. He is personable, informative, and caring.
He performed an extraction and (2) dental implant procedures on me and made me feel very comfortable, relaxed and clinically safe. He practically walked me through the entire procedure during my surgery, which made me feel at ease and secure. My waiting time was also quite short.
The clinical staff is very proficient, friendly and knowledgeable.
I would recommend this dental office to anyone needing oral surgery, especially as a new patient.
My trips from New Jersey to Newtown, Pennsylvania were certainly worthwhile.

It is my pleasure to report the exceptional experience I just had with my oral surgery at the Flagship office in Newtown. I was handled with care, and respect. Dr. Gunawardena and his staff were very attentive and answered my questions without hesitance. I reported to one of prep nurses that I was very nervous about anesthesia so kindly explained why it was needed in my situation and what I could expect and reassured me that I was in good hands. Super friendly. Everyone was very warm and welcoming. Dentist tend to make me nervous so I put them off. I felt very comfortable here. The staff was nice, friendly and quick. I was in and out for a consultation in the blink of an eye. We did X-rays checked everything out and scheduled an appointment. Was super quick, friendly and easy. Hoping when I go back everything goes just as smoothly.

I had an extraction yesterday. I have not had one in over 40 years, since my wisdom teeth. Pain I had yesterday was minimal. Slept fine. Again, today, swelling and pain is minimal. I highly recommend Dr Steinkeler. (And go with the general anesthesia.)

I had so much better of an experience than I ever thought I might have anywhere. I had to get 9 teeth pulled, I had 5 wisdom teeth and my second molars were stuck so I got those pulled too. I had the best recovery process of anyone I know, and I talked to a lot of people about it! I definitely recommend going here, I couldn't have been taken care of any better!

My mom needed emergency dental extractions due to an upcoming surgery. After speaking with her ENT, Dr. Steinkeler fit her in right away and even did the extractions the same day. She absolutely hates dentists & doctors, but felt so at ease that she willingly agreed to surgery. Despite only getting local anesthesia, they were done before she even realized they had started.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. I got my appointment very quick, and was super nervous for the procedure but everything went so smoothly and i was out very fast! My recovery has been going super well so far thanks to everyone at the center!

Had to have all my top teeth removed and was scared to death. The doctors and nurses put me at ease and took extremely good care of me. Highly highly recommend!
