I can’t say enough good things about these guys. Flanders saved us during the winter when the heat stopped working, so we had them put in a new furnace and AC unit for us in the spring. Everything was explained to us in a way that was easy for us to understand, including our different options and price points so we could make decisions that were best for us. Everyone we came into contact with was very polite, pleasant and knowledgable. They didn’t leave a mess and made sure everything was working properly. We will 100% use them for all of our appliance needs.

Our brand new dryer from Lowes never worked quite correctly. Flanders came out and diagnosed the issue, ordered parts, and fixed it within 2 weeks. The ladies in the office are very nice and our repair guy was great!
My Maytag washer that I bought during COVID was not working. I contacted Maytag who put me in touch with Flanders. They came out the next day to diagnose the issue! Unfortunately, the washer was out of warranty and the cost to replace the parts was more than the washer was worth. I purchased a new washer from Flanders and it was delivered the following day. Old washer removed. All of the service men were so kind and cautious during the process. DEFINATELY recommend this family owned business. NO big box stores for me!
