I developed planters fasciitis from playing pickleball 2-3 hours a day this season. Went to Dr Fleming & he gave me a shot in my heel (which didn’t hurt at all). What a difference! Highly recommend! Very nice disposition as well.

I was fortunate enough to choose Dr. Fleming for the removal of my bunions. There is no one more knowledgeable about my procedure than himself the staff at UOA. Looking back, there is truly no other doctor or office I would have ever chosen as they were truly exceptional. The level of gratitude I have towards them is extreme. He whole heartedly cares about his patients and actively would reach out to me to check my status. He welcomed questions and made the process very comfortable.

I am happy Dr. Fleming was one of my doctor after my accident. I have been his patient and dealing with this accident for over 8 months and he among with the other doctors and staff have made this experience easier to deal with. After suffering ankle pain for over a year and meeting with various physicians, ankle replacement surgery was suggested. Dr. Fleming was the surgeon I chose. His knowledge, professionalism, and follow-up made the experience very comfortable and I felt I was in good hands. Now after almost 5 months, I am able to return to my normal activities. I would suggest Dr. Fleming to anyone in a similar situation.

After having a compound fracture on my ankle back in 1979 and living with stiffness and pain until 2020 I was referred to Dr. Fleming. He is an amazing and knowledgeable physician who replaced my ankle and gave me a new life. While the technology was not available 10+ years ago, it is now and Dr. Fleming is the expert you can count on to perform this replacement. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Fleming and the staff at University Orthopaedics. I can’t thank them enough for the excellent care I received.

My 83 year old husband had very successful ankle replacement surgery with Dr. Fleming. From our first appointment, he made sure we were both involved in every decision and thoroughly walked us through preparing our home for his recuperation, surgery day, and the long recovery period. He patiently and thoroughly answered my list of questions each time we met. I was totally confident from day one that we had made the right decision, and today my husband walks nine holes without pain or a limp! Dr. Fleming was always respectful and compassionate.
I would highly recommend him and his wonderful staff to people of all ages. An outstanding surgeon.

Dr. Fleming is a fantastic doctor and surgeon. I came to him after I broke my talus into multiple pieces and he was able to repair it with no complications. Highly recommend him to others with similar injuries since other doctors I went to were not familiar with the procedure. If you come to appointments prepared with questions he will happily answer them and is also responsive on the phone.

Very thankful to Dr. Fleming for his excellent care after breaking my ankle. It was a tough time and his kind and honest approach made things easier. The surgery went well and my recovery was put on the right track because of his expertise. The office is very well run and that was a help as well. Highly recommend.

I was referred to Dr. Fleming and I’m glad that I was. He explained my options thoroughly and I could tell that he was sincere in wanting to help me with my injury. It’s been a long journey since my injury and I was starting to lose hope. After my surgery with Dr. Fleming thing’s are finally on the right track and he has given me hope that I could get back to my normal life. Dr. Fleming provides a calm and reserved approach in his process. That certainly helped me to relax from day 1 thru surgery. I am just 4 months post full ankle replacement, and I feel great with almost complete mobility. More imprortantly I have NO Pain and minimal swelling. We all encounter different circumstances physcially and the challenges to overcome them. I owe a tremendous gratitude to Dr. Fleming and the Team at RWJ Somerset for making my journey a success.

Dr. Fleming gave a clear explanation of my foot surgery and listened closely to my questions and concerns. He was compassionate, professional and thorough from first appointment to the final post operative appointment.
The staff in the Wall Twp.office was also professional and made me feel safe and comfortable.

I saw 4 different doctors and none were able to help me I suffer with pain for 4 years. Until I found dr Fleming I am now pain free he is awesome. And very kind would definitely recommend him!

Didn’t had a great experience during my consultation.
Same medicine was prescribed which was already prescribed by my general physician & didn’t helped in pain relief. I had to wait for 3 -4 days to get the medicine changed, due to weekend and someone to return my call back. And I was in pain all that time, at the same time I was not able to return the medicine, due to being prescribed one. I had again taken the new medicine prescribed, which was a substitute from a gel to a pain reducing tablet. Which also didn’t help in the pain reduction. While I was in pain, I got a call from 2MD who asked me, if I have any medical related concerns, where I can get 2nd opinion and consultation based on the agreement with my company. I discussed with them about my ongoing problem, for which they arranged a virtual consultation with a renowned specialist, post collecting my past DR recommendations. And I was advised by the 2MD recommended specialist to first, get the MRI or Ultrasound done to try to get some detailed, through view& picture of the problem. And share & discuss their recommendations with my previously consulted specialist. I contacted Dr Fleming’s office & shared same details with them. However, I was asked why I taken 2nd opinion and I was told to take the appointment and consult Dr Fleming 1st. I told them appointment won’t help at this time, I told them if we have MRI/Ultrasound results we can get more details about the issue as suggested by another specialist. And then I can take an appointment with Dr. Fleming, Else it would be waste of time and money. However my request and feedback provided by specialist arranged by 2MD was not considered. I am surprised to see that being a leading specialist location and DR, patient concerns are not appropriately handled. And patient have to suffer, bear the pain, spend extra time & money and not get the proper consultation and right treatment. Finally, when problem is not thoroughly checked during the first visit, nor right medicine was prescribed first time. I am not convinced what would be done by seeing Dr Fleming again, without a through investigation, additional test being done. Or at least going over the further treatment approach.
