In and out. Fletchers garage is the fastest mechanic I’ve ever worked with. Not only that, but when I went to get an inspection on my truck, they gave me honest suggestions about my brakes and let me know that the front need to be done in a couple months and the back have about another year. They never force or pressure anything. I replaced the front and will be back soon for the back. They always get the job done right, fast, and honestly. I’ll always go to Fletchers so long as I live in the area.

This last time though was a little frustrating as I was told I had to take to a dealership to deal with a reset. Turns out I only needed a new battery. So between the diagnostic charges from both places. My battery was very expensive.

My car broke down the weekend before Thanksgiving, shuddering hard whenever I tried to apply the gas, thankfully midway between home and Fletchers and not out where I'd be really stranded. I was able to to get it to run enough to cross a parking lot and a busy road to the parking lot of a well-known automotive service chain I didn't like because of shady dealings in the past. From there, I arranged a tow to Fletchers whom I do trust. By midday Monday, Fletchers had remedied the problem! I look forward taking the car out on the turnpike and seeing if it moves better than it did before I knew about the problem. A trustworthy mechanic for the past couple years is near the top of my gratitude/thankful-for list!

I would give this place 0 stars if i could, but that’s not possible.my car broke down almost 3 months ago and the garage told me it was an ecu/programming issue.turns out, all that needed to be fixed was 1 pin in the original computer.they ordered a new computer THAT WASNT NEEDED and sent the parts to be reprogrammed, but the new computer had so many issues on it that it broke my cars ground wire.the issues they were trying to fix for a month weren’t even the problem, and i had to have my car towed to a new shop that just today diagnosed this issue.i’m thankful that we weren’t charged, but this has been the most stressful 3
months of my life and i will not be bringing my car back here.

Cars needed repairs? Yep. Went to Fletchers and got both taken care of quickly and at a fair cost. Repairs or servicing, its my go to place.
UPDATE! Still, our families go-to place for fast, honest, great service!

Very disappointed. Made an inspection appointment in the beginning of November for today (12/1) for our daughters car. Juggled cars around last night so we can drop off the car this morning. When we arrived we were informed they are not taking appointments today. When told we already had one set up, they checked the computer and verified it was for today, and said they need to reschedule for next week.
If they knew they could not keep appointments today, why were we not contacted and rescheduled before the appointments day?
Messed up our entire day. Customer service has really dropped at Fletchers. Side note, the handicapped spot (the only one) was blocked.

Fred provides the best service that I have ever had from a repair garage. He is always looking for ways to get the job done at the lowest price and never, never suggests anything that is not needed.
It is so nice to have the peace of mind when getting my vehicles serviced that it will be done promptly, correctly, and at a fair price!
