Disappointing Service at Floor and Decor - Be Cautious!

I was extremely disappointed during my recent visit to Floor and Decor. What was expected to be a simple purchase turned into an unnecessarily complicated ordeal, due to unacceptable customer service from a cashier named Sasa/Sasha.

My Floor and Decor credit card was initially declined, which, while inconvenient, can occasionally happen due to technical issues. However, Sasha’s refusal to attempt a second transaction, despite my assurance of sufficient balance, was simply baffling. I was forced to waste my time contacting the credit bank to confirm my balance, even though I had already done this prior to the purchase and was confident about my available funds.

But what made this ordeal even worse was Sasha’s disrespectful and seemingly racially prejudiced attitude. In an environment that should be welcoming and comfortable for shoppers, this kind of behavior is inexcusable.

I feel it’s important to issue a warning to anyone considering using a Floor and Decor credit card for their purchases: If your card is declined, be prepared to experience a similar, frustrating process.

The experience left me feeling undervalued and disrespected. As customers, we deserve better service and treatment than this.

Was there for almost 2 hours trying to find floors for my sunroom. Lots of staff in the store, but not one person greeted or offered assistance. Had to flag down an employee for help, just to be told floors I picked were discontinued. Left the store only to find someone had dropped marble behind our vehicle so there were shards of marble around car. Had to move pieces so didn't slice our tires.

I have been shopping at the F&D Levittown for the past 2 years. I am developing several high-end residential projects and have been able to source marble, porcelain tiles, and wood flooring at excellent prices.

Most importantly, the associates have always been a pleasure to deal with and are very helpful. Specifically, I have had exceptional experiences with Alessio C in the installation materials department. He is incredibly knowledgeable about all products and tools available, and he has a keen eye to assist with design decisions and tile/material selections. I cannot say enough about how helpful Alessio has been, and I unequivocally recommend his assistance and advice.

Words cannot describe how thankful I was to have met Michelle K at the Levittown floor and deocor when I was remodeling my primary bathroom. Michelle is an A+ professional with a great eye for colors and design and has an enormous amount of patience when helping an indecisive shopper like myself! Before I met Michelle, I had gone to a few bathroom design centers and the commissioned salespeople there did not treat me with the same level of care or professionalism that Michelle did. Unfortunately my contractor had put me out there to wing it and kind of design my own bathroom and without Michelles help, it would have never happened or looked as beautiful as it does! Not only did Michelle help me create the perfect bathroom design, she went out of her way to help me months later when my sloppy contractor rinsed his paint brushes in my NEW bathroom and got paint on my new vanity! Michelle contacted James Martin and found a soultion to my nightmare problem. She went above and beyond to help me from the very beginning of the process and beyond the sale. I recommend Michelle to all of my friends, family, and clients, not only is she a talented professional, she is a great person. Thank you Michelle and thank you to the staff at Levittown, everyone was very friendly there. I will definitely be back when I am ready to remodel my next bathroom.

I was looking for vinyl plank flooring and found many samples that would work for me. The young man who assisted me was very knowledgeable about the products and answered my questions.

Billy, Dave, and Kirsten were amazing! We were helped quickly by such a kind staff and made the process so easy! Thank you!

Found this to be the best variety at the best prices around. Have bought all my tile here for my new houses, after every move. Beautiful selection!

Super store. Love it. So far everything was great! I find everything I needed. All associates were knowledgeable and gave a lot of good suggestions about the products they sell. I just recently found out that they have designers on staff. That was my biggest struggle.

Worst people gathered under one Floor and Decor roof. Stay away from this business.

As first time floor buyers - Miguel did a fabulous job understanding what we were looking for and showing us options that were both to our taste and had the durability we needed. He answered all of our questions and was also super personable - looking forward to working with him and the whole Floor and Decor team (special shout-out to Dave) as we design our forever home!

We had 2 projects going on. At my business and at my home. Mike was super helpful! He actually listened to what we said and gave us alot of pros and cons in what material to pick from. It is so nice to have good customer service in a time when alot of business is failing at it. I look forward to our next visit knowing the staff actually cares.

Love shopping here! When I went to find flooring for a bathroom, the staff was VERY helpful and stayed with me through the whole process. I want to especially thank Mike H, David and Chance! Love the selection too!

During my last bathroom project, while shopping at Floor and Decor I had to very good fortune to ask Elena for assistance.

Her help went far beyond anything I could have hoped for. Her knowledge of every detail was amazing and incredibly helpful.

She gave me answers to questions that I didn’t even know I had but were extremely significant and integral to the project.

She extended her assistance to us on a level I never would have expected – but her doing so brought my project from being what would have been nice to something AMAZING.

I have used floor and décor several times in the past and I certainly will continue doing so!

Staff is very friendly. They have really great collections for vinly planks and affordable price range.
We recently baught ~1800sqft vinly plank and other materials

We recently hired a contractor who knows his business and does honest, outstanding work. He has been an excellent customer of Floor & Decor's Levittown, PA location, even sending them many customers.
We picked our floor for our kitchen from this company's Nucor line. A day after the floor was installed we noticed odd spots that look like the floor was delaminating or a similar finish issue in at least 7 areas. Our contractor is having an extremely hard time getting Floor & Decor to stand behind their product. It has been going on for two weeks so far. They finally offered him a $200.00 credit which is unacceptable. My next step is to file a small claim against this company. We are thrilled with our contractor's work but not Floor & Decor. I truly hope Corporate sees my review and does the right thing, rather than my contractor having to eat the cost. It is bad enough he loses the labor costs of three men to reinstall a new floor. Shame on you Floor & Decor Levitown. The picture added is just one of seven other areas, some larger. It is not bubbling in the floor as the owner posted. It is a manufacturer's finish issue. The floor was installed over the existing floor which is full dry. Beware of this company that does not stand behind their products.

Went a little further to Levittiown to pick up grout we ordered from our local store that still hadn't arrived after not being delivered with our order. Dominique helped us confirm the amount we needed and then called the other store to ensure they credited our account. She was patient and friendly and plain AWESOME. Thank you, Dominique!

This floor and decor is awesome especially Nathan who helped us the through whole process of choosing our tiles, matching them and also carefully packaging them and came all the way to thr car to help us load too. He was very patient and Knowledgable and friendly, will be asking for Nathan next time I am gonna be there

The staff at Floor & Decor is extremely professional, helpful & hardworking. Jim was a great help w/ selecting the perfect tile for my business & Topie & George were of great assistance in getting the tile to my location. I highly recommend them.
