Probably not a good idea to cut someone off almost hit their car all while having your business name on your van.

I have to just say Thank you to the servicemen and the company for giving your employees their freedoms! I’m just gonna leave it at that. I will forever use your services because you believe in freedom of choice! I just referred your company to 2 of my neighbors.

Immoral. Deceptive Business Practices.
Flores choses not to carry the very common coolant that our AC system takes.
This could have been told to us on the phone, but they prefer to send a "technician" to your house so that they can tell you in person and collect a $110 fee for telling you what they morally should tell you when you call them.
When we complained they said that the R22 coolant is no longer sold on the marketplace. This is a lie. It is available and legal to sell and install in units such as ours. The next two places we called carried it. They chose to not carry it so they can profit by selling you a new unit, or in the very least charge you a technician fee for doing absolutely nothing. This is outright fraud.

I came home from a trip last weekend to a broken air conditioner in the middle of a July heat wave. Called Flores the next day and they were able to send someone the next morning. The repairman troubleshooted the system and was able to quickly locate and replace a bad capacitor for us, and our air conditioner was back in business. Thanks for the quick service!

Do not use this company. They rip you off and make you sign an expensive service contract and won’t come out after hours to service you. My heat went out on night that the low was 17 and I told them I would pay double and they still refused. Please DO NOT use this company. They will rip you off!
