Flossie's Gifts and Collectibles, Feasterville-Trevose PA

This is a very small but quaint flower and gift shop in Feasterville on Brownsville road. She has a wide variety of gifts for both adults and kids. It's worth a stop into you could find a nice last minute gift or something different and unusual. I recommend giving it a try.

Flossie's gifts have an amazing selection of cool figures from Micky Mouse to my favorite Godzilla! John was wonderful to work with. Every time I've purchased from Flossie's it went smoothly. Items were packaged very well and arrived in a timely manner. Thanks, Flossie's!

I attempted to make an order that was listed. But when i tried to make the order it said there was nothing there.
I contacted the company via Facebook Messenger asking about the issue.

I was relied to by someone claiming i was ranting about the matter.
When i questioned them on me supposedly ranting, they became irate and blocked me.

I contacted corporate on the matter. As the employee did confirm that they did still have it. And it was not placed because of some damage, that the listing still mentioned. I still wanted it.

Not only did the corporate berate me for talking down to their employee, they also cancelled an order i had made that same day as an alternative to the thing i was looking for.

So i get penalized for asking a question, and for questioning an employees undesirable attack on me.

This a disgrace.
