The quality and service of this florist are excellent. The flowers were gorgeous and delivered very quickly!

Is there an option for no stars?
I ordered Valentine’s Day flowers ahead of time on 2/4 for pickup on the 14th. When I got to the store the staff spent several minutes looking for my flowers before realizing the order was never processed.
Meanwhile several other people had come into the store asking to buy flowers the day of in which the staff replied they had no flowers left.
I was told they were going to make something “extra special” in the back to make up for their mistake. With what? The bottom of the barrel that was thrown to the side while making initial arrangements for other people that placed orders in a timely manner.
That’s what I was given and told it was more expensive than my initial order.

Moral of the story. Don’t try to plan ahead on Valentine’s Day. And just walk in to this place. It doesn’t make a difference.

By the way it’s a day later and the flowers are all wilted away. I should have just thrown my 85 dollars in the trash

They did not have the flowers that were shown on their website. But they call me to let me know and told me about substitutions. A picture of the arrangement was sent to me by my friend and they were absolutely beautiful and she loved them. Shop local!

Highly recommend this florist. Arrangement was beautifully done and was obvious extra tlc was given. This is the go to florist in cranberry twp area

We sent our daughter a money tree on Valentines Day and it was a really healthy plant that they decorated it perfectly for the holiday.

First time ordering flowers and my girlfriend and I are both very happy with them. It made her first day at her new job extra special!

I hate to leave bad reviews, but I got two arrangements delivered to me from here for my birthday today. I really don't like either of them.and I normally love flowers.

I highly recommend Flowers by Gerard! The woman that answered the phone was so warm and really listened to what I was looking for. The flowers were perfect…gorgeous! I called from California so I was taking a chance that they would be what I was looking for. I’m so happy I found them. The delivery was really quick also:) I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

Thank you to everyone that help create the flowers bouquets for my mothers funeral. She would have loved them! I can’t tell you how many people asked me where they came from because they were beautiful.

Received a delivery today. They called first to make sure someone was home, where others will leave on your porch and flowers freeze. Beautiful arrangement, very full, no ugly filler flowers or dried things!

I went into the shop requesting an arrangement for my 2 year anniversary. The service was prompt and they paid attention to detail. I was looking for something Fall themed with Gerber daisies and a green vase. They delivered. Will be back again.

I worked with Patty at Flowers by Gerard for my 9/5/2021 wedding. She was very easy to work with and was able to help me figure out exactly what I wanted. My only request going in to meet with her was dahlias and a loose bouquet style. She was able to take that and work magic. She was very responsive to all of my questions. I would definitely recommend working with Patty at Flowers by Gerard. Our flowers were absolutely gorgeous and the only thing I regret is not preserving them!
