Fluff, Blawnox PA

I took my 7 month old puppy to fluff. She had mats around her ears and they explained they would need to clip her. I was okay with that. When I got her home she has razor burn on her nose under her chin and on her hind legs. The burn is so bad her nose has blood. Shame on them. You trust them with your puppy only for them to return her injured!
***Update she has a Vet appt! Due to an injured eye and ear. ***

They did a fabulous job on my puppy and she has been strutting around like Stella got her groove back ever since I brought her home. She was so happy when I picked her up and really bonded with the employees! As far as the price, you get what you pay for! It has a high end boutique like atmosphere and delivers professional, friendly service. Their collars and leashes are just to die for and luckily ranging in sizes xs-xl. I purchased a red velvet collar and receive compliments on it daily! I would absolutely recommend Fluff!

We brought our large fluffy cat to be groomed after he had a bad bowel accident. They did a fantastic job bathing him, and caring for him.

I have been bringing Opie here for a couple of years now. They do such an amazing job! And they do it every time! Consistency is top notch, plus Opie is always super happy when I pick him up, and not too terribly upset when I drop him off! Fluff’s full of dog lovers and it shows! Thank you so so much!

I wanted to like this place so badly but I do not under any circumstance feel comfortable leaving my dog with them again. They told me it would be about an hour when I dropped her off and 2.5 hours later I still hadn't heard from them. I called 20 minutes before they were closing and apparently my dog had been ready for over an hour. They claimed to have texted me, but I never received anything and didn't even get an apology. It really makes me wonder what would have happened if I hadn't called before they closed. When I went to pick her up, she was petrified. There was an aggressive rescue dog that was running around the shop as my dog was trembling in the corner of the crate. She was terrified to even leave the crate until she saw me, when she then ran so quickly, almost jumped over the gate and tried to run out the door. As I was trying to pay, she was pulling me so hard to try and leave and get away from this other dog, who was barking aggressively the entire time I was in there so I can only imagine how aggressive this dog was towards mine when she was in the crate. I would give this place at least 2 stars because I did like how she was bathed and how her nails looked, but I can't even justify that since it was $60 before tip just to give her a bath and cut her nails, no grooming. Like I said, I wanted to like this place so much based on all of the great reviews, but I will never feel comfortable taking her back.

Someone stopped me on the street and told me my dog had a nice haircut after I went here. Fluff is that good!

Quick service as we were in and out and Lunas nails look great! She even got support from the owners dog.

Great experience. Everyone was friendly and understood how to handle a rescue dog who can be a little skittish. Very pleased with the quality of service and value for the money.

I cannot day enough good things about Fluff! They take the absolute best care of my dogs. Including their health, food etc. They are the nicest people and go above and beyond. Would HiGHLY recommend. I appreciate them so much️

My cat was recovering from an illness and really needed to have a bath now that he was recovering. The team at Fluff was caring and dedicated! Would highly recommend!

They are great with my big dog. She dog doesn't like baths/getting wet in general and is never 'happy' to go but she tolerates it and is well cared for while there. She comes back clean and thrilled to come home. They are very enthusiastic about dogs and can tell they enjoy their work.

I am not sure why anyone would go anywhere else. Fluff is so clearly the best place to go and get your dog groomed. They love your dog, are really really knowledgable and so kind. It is clearly the best place in the city to go!

Our 175 lb loveable “beast” hates leaving mom, but Jess uses her magic to make him feel right at home. He can be SO stubborn, but Jess’ wonderfulness wins him over EVERY time. & she does a FANTASTIC job at deshedding which is so important for our two-coated dog. Love everything about Fluff)
