I discovered Focus Barre and Yoga two years ago and have never looked back. I love the challenge of the classes, the support and enthusiasm of the instructors, and the community of everyone at the studio. Cannot recommend enough!

Jill’s barre class is the absolute BEST! Always love coming back to Focus when I’m in the city!
