Fogel's Fuel Service LLC is a top-notch organization, I have always had a great experience from them starting with outstanding customer service and great pricing. Curt and the team always take care of our heating needs and always go above and beyond. I literally ordered propane yesterday around 2pm and it was delivered at 8: 30am, not to mention the best pricing around. Keep up the great work and I would highly recommend them!

Called them to service our Quadra Fire gas insert. Told us we needed a part that cost $900.00, they shut off our gas to the fireplace. We ordered the part and waited a month to receive it. Called another repair man, he said we didn't need the part and turned the gas back on. Had to return the part we ordered plus pay a 10% restocking fee and the cost of $70.00 to return it plus pay Fogel's $125 service call! They might be good at delivering oil, but don't call them to repair gas inserts!

Just had my gas fireplace repaired. Ken was the best! Not just knowledgeable but very friendly and professional. Good customer experience.

Nothing but great things to say about Fogel's. We've been using them for 11 years since we moved to Pennsylvania and they've always been so helpful. There's been a few times I've run super low on oil and I've called them in the morning and by the time I get home from work they've already delivered my oil. Always willing to go the extra mile to make sure their customers have oil to heat their homes. Thank you to the kind women who answer the phones and take the order, and the drivers for always be willing to help. The drivers are always respectful to our property too.

So far, not happy. Been without hot water for 6 days. Just didn't have the extra $85 for Emergency delivery. We live 5-6 miles away from them. They said they do not have trucks in my area till Monday. Ok? Ask about what time would delivery be? Was told they have not idea. That was last Tuesday. 11: 30 today, Monday, I call to see if they might know. Still no idea. My one day off, it is 1: 30 now. Still waiting.

My tank ran very low sooner then expected. I called Fogel late in the night because I was nervous I would run out. They sent someone out as soon as possible and filled the tanks. Thanks Fogel!

Our furnace broke down in November and we had gotten four quotes, three of the four were well over $10,000. Some of the other companies were suggesting units that were overkill for our 1500 sq ft home. Curtis came out and was the only one to actually check how many radiators we had. His quote came back at least $2,000 less than the others and he suggested a unit that was better suited to our home (we switched from oil to natural gas for both heat and water heater). He and his crew (5 total techs!) arrived on time and finished the replacement and removal of old furnance and oil tank in one day (and cleaned up)! It was pouring down rain and we needed to have a liner put in our chimney but this did not delay the job. We are very happy with the unit and the work performed. Definitely recommend!

Driver is driving with his back doors open which is very unsafe. Especially with his tool bag right in front of the open door. He refused anyone telling him his back door was open

Fabulous fuel company! We were low on oil and when they heard we might not have enough to last to tomorrow, they sent someone out right away, outside of delivery time, to ensure we wouldn't run out. Rain or shine you can depend on Fogel's to keep your house fueled and warm in the winter. The very best. Thanks so much for superior service. Fast, timely, friendly and super efficient. Puts meaning to the expression "you've got a friend in Pennsylvania. " 5 stars.

I am not one to provide service or product reviews often, but Fogel's has been delivering our family consistently great service for about 5 years now. Recently, we added an additional propane tank, had two tanks relocated on the property, as well as had some service work done in the home. In all cases everything was professionally taken care of. All work locations inside and out were left as they were before they arrived and when inside the residence they put shoe covers on unsolicited. Most importantly, the products they serviced and installed are all working properly. Fogel's is a local company taking pride in their service and products. It is nice to see.

Switched to Fogels a couple years back and never regretted my decision. My former Oil delivery Company didnt have a person to service my furnace. Fogels does a great Job!

I couldn't be happier with Fogels! We've used them for our heat pumps/AC water heater, etc.for 7 years. Most recently the two men who were here to check our systems prior to our moving were so kind, thorough, knowledgeable that I nearly cried-one doesn't find this sort of commitment to quality care for customers often. I'm grateful we have them. You can't do better than Fogels.

Requested a quote to install a new propane line to my stove. I asked what it would cost with a propane tank and what it would cost if I provided my own. A guy came out to give me an estimate and told him it would be for cooking only and I understood that I may need to provide my own tank, but I would still need the line ran. He informed me I would receive an email in regards to cost. About a week later, I received an email stating that I was "out of their service area" and they would not be able to assist. I replied back that I was looking for a quote for them to run the line with and without the tank; I heard no response back. What is odd is that from their location to my home is only 9.7 miles away; they must have a small service area.

Fogel’s Fuel has always delivered an excellent job for us, whether it was delivering oil, propane and servicing our boiler! I highly recommend them if your in need of quality service at a fair price.
