4I thought that the people in receiving were some of the friendliest that I've come across. Very helpful and professional.
Regular customer known by everyone in the warehouse but placed a large order with the sales department with Ed Reiter and he NEVER PLACED MY ORDER! We've never had any problems before this. I always prefer to speak with Chris or Randy in parts they are always onto of it for us. Very unsatisfied. So the one specific part needed for the machine we now have to wait another day when we specificlly were paying for it to be shipped overnight.
Clean and friendly people in the shop but taking a long time to get one bucket unloaded.
Came to drop off cat parts for work and they were very fast and friendly. We were in and out in less than 20 mins.
