Most of the staff was helpful and friendly.but then there was Judy. Judy handles the insurance billing and doesn't understand the difference between a deductible and out-of-pocket limit. She attempts to overcharge as if you have a high deductible and when you challenge her on it, she'll avoid your calls and wont return calls.
Oh, and Judy says they're in network. Verify it for yourself! Avoid that surprise bill, like the one we have coming.
