21Had me wait 3 weeks for sneakers I ordered, then sold them ️ And didn’t care customer service horrible. Would never go back, footlocker lost a value customer.
Its foot locker.the staff here is nice, they are friendly and they don't bother u shopping. They keep their store clean and the security is respectful. I LIKE THIS FOOTLOCKER
Was inquiring about a product over the phone. A lady employee answers and makes it seem like it's an inconvenience to her time. I never found what I needed.
This store has been looted 2-3 time and hasnt opened since but when yu check the website they say open but if yu goto 51 you'll see and empty store hell footlocker snipes and dtlr are all closed down with no indication of reopening
I saw some sneakers online& was confused about how 2 order etc.went in they were friendly & helpful got me signed up for rewards points&hooked me up for delivery.will b back.
Good visit, I appreciate the quality of service I received. Only setback they require too much personal information just to buy some tennis shoes! Mind blowing
My experience was horrible the first day I came in to the store the man was helpful at first I told him what I was looking for and what size and then he continued talkin to security I stood in the store for 20 minutes while both worker had full convos with no help. I return the next day because I had got the wrong size I was there at9: 30 am but they were not open then when they finally open the door at 10: 05 they told me “it wasn’t that deep” that me and my child were waiting outside the store for them to open it and the lady told me they DO NOT OPEN UNTILL 10am

Helpful friendly service! Strange they ask for a lot of personal info, but that’s probably corporate policy? They’d get all that info if I’d ordered online. Here there’s no shipping and I got a discount
I wanted to purchase two pair of sneakers. Everything was great until I got to the register to pay and the guy ask my email.then he asked for my first and last name. I said "what are you signing me up for? " "I dont want to be signed up for anything" he said "he was not signing me up". He then proceeded to ask my zip code and asked for my phone number. I stated" nah take that info out of your computer. I said I dont want my information in your computer. He stated, he can't (lie), he then said he can't complete the sale without the information. At that point.because I dont tolerate tomfoolery, I walked right out the door and purchased two doors over. May even call corporate today.
Ordered sneakers online only to receive a email a few days later stating the shoe was on backorder till the 30th of August and I wouldn’t receive my order till two weeks after the backorder date. What’s the point of paying for shipping if I’m not getting my order when I need it. Not only that but it could possibly be canceled if there isn’t enough product! Why take my money to only give me hopes of my order coming? ! Footlocker needs to do better, will definitely be shopping else where for anything online.
I called the store 5 times in a row I understand that they have to attend to customers in store but they should have someone to attend to the phone even if it’s a please hold! That’s ridiculous! People want to spend money but y’all dont value the business.
They have very good shoes and good service. I was in and out in 5 minutes with the shoes I wanted
The store is awesome especially the puma lab! No store in the whole city had the sneakers i wanted so i was just gonna order online and then my fruend told me about the foot locker/puma lab and as soon as i walked into the puma lab part there they were the meek mill sneakers that I wanted! Every store i went to checked the computers to see if any other store in the company amd each store said no they were totally sold out, so i was beyond excited when i got them!
This Store has terrible customer service. They are unfriendly and rude to their customers. When you call on the phone they don’t answer, ever! I was in the store and called and watched them ignore the phone. I even had to call footlockers customer service (I told the customer service agent that they probably won’t pick up the phone) and they called as well and they did not answer the phone for their own customer service department. I could see if they were busy but there wasn’t anyone in the store. Except me! They all are just rude, including the security guard! I definitely won’t be going back there ever again. I’m not gonna spend my hard earned money at a business that doesn’t appreciate their customers. They all seem to hate their jobs and are unhappy being there. Footlocker needs to get them some training on how to treat their customers better. Don’t waste your time at this store.
The staff here are very friendly and helpful and made what is normally an uncomfortable and anxiety riddled experience, into a GREAT experience. AND for the first time ever many complements and actually an offer to buy my sneakers lol the staff alone is worth checking them out. Trust me
Too much concern on conversations with other staff then approaching customers. Took me about 10 minutes to get someone's attention here the other day. I just think they need stronger management to drive the service element. I ended up leaving and going to another foot locker out near my job for what I was looking for just because of the experience

I'm a old school guy and most sneaker styles are for the younger generation but they helped me find so old classics for old guys like me I'm going back to buy another pair
