Foot Locker, Whitehall PA

All the shoes sold here are almost the same as any other store and the selection n mens isn't even good in my opinion. The clothing.yes.great selection but the shoes no. In womens and kids its alright of a selection, but shoes are as expensive as they always have been. The sneakers I wanted were 130.00. I decided not to spend that and 2 days later found a similar Nike shoe at Burlington Coat Factory for 33.00.you do the math there. Store was clean and employees readily available to help.

I don't usually shop in the mall but honestly when I do this is the first place I come to. The manager and employees are so cool. They are always so clean, helpful, polite and very attentive. They may not always have your size but they will guide you to another store that may have it or allow you to purchase it online with them. Overall one of the best stores to shop in

The worst experience I ever had placing an order online to pick up in store. They kept canceling my order saying something was wrong with my account but KEPT TAKING MY MONEY! Every time I called they told me of everything is fine to place a new order. Now I get to wait till they release my money 3-5 days.

I really like this store but who ever is running the store is not running it correctly. I've been calling calling and calling and I get no answer. What store is open and never answer the phone. That is super annoying. If I could give 0 start I would

This place is really great the service real great the guy there was really patient with me he helped me out with all the details about the shoes and everything the service was great I like it

So I gave a worker a sneaker it took 15 minutes for her to come back from the back but when she came back she proceeded to converse with the ppl next to me instead of coming to me to let me know she couldn’t find the sneaker I wanted. So I head to the cashier to explain to the lady ringing things up for her to give me attitude while telling me it was the workers third shift working and I understand that because I’ve been there before but it’s common sense to go back to the customer and let ‘em know u don’t have the sneaker in stock that’s all. Just so unprofessional.

Expensive. Never has the sizes we are looking for. Chose about 10 sneakers and no luck. Everything was like 165 and up. Workers must go back and check for every individual size. I feel bad for them. Footlocker get some technology for your employees to save time and get some sizes in stocks! Also work on prices!

Don't get me wrong foot locker employees are nice and cool people and give great service, but the prices yo. The shoes and clothes they sell at foot locker i can guarantee you'll find the same shoes online for much cheaper. So i give it 5 stars for employees and 1 star for prices

This is just a showcase for kids there's nothing to buy ever it's a trash store anymore especially with them allowing wholesalers to buy up all the inventory.

Low on everything ‍️ugh been like that for a while I have had to go out of my Allentown to outlets

Go to Footlocker ask for the Air Force tell me that there's none in the store at all sold out before Easter will be in stock Friday ask them children's foot locker guy insist no none of the entire Mall, we go down to children's foot locker lo and behold almost every size guess it takes best to take the extra few feet and downstairs.

Woaw, Great selection. Very very wide variety of sneakers and gear. Staff is there for you as soon as you enter the store.

Was difficult to get help. A nice man did try after awhile, but I felt invisible and left. Yes I know there's a shortage of help, but at least acknowledge my existence while I wait my turn.

WHERE ARE THE SNEAKERS Store LACKS needs a better selection and having one class sneakers, lacking KDs, LeBron, Jordan's, 370s, never see a Melo, thats Camelo sneakers, hope a new batch for Dec.

Lovely place to shop. There is always some one to welcome you and attentive to your needs.

Footlocker is amazing mostly they have shoes but they do have another section where they have clothes so you can go check it out their stuff is expensive but they do have nice shoes they're of course and I would definitely go there again maybe to even work they're really nice customer service it's very easy to just buy a shoe and they have clothes to so don't worry
