Scheduled my first appointment months ago as there was a long wait to get in. Then a week or so before my appointment got an email stating the computer had scheduled my appointment in error and that I needed to call to reschedule. The ironic thing was I spoke to a person when scheduling my appointment.so instead of telling me the truth, as to why the appointment couldn’t be honored, they made up a lie. Needless to say I will not be calling them back to reschedule and will find a different practice.

The procedure was quick and the doctor and his nurse were very friendly and funny. They made me feel at home.

It's always a good experience going to Forefront. The front end staff are pleasant and professional. Kaitlyn Stowe makes us feel like part of the family and does a fine job while putting up with my attempts as humor. When we are done with our visit we
feel reassured and content. Her assistant, Becky, was also nice to work with. It is hard to find professional service and a family atmosphere. We found it here for years!

Office was very busy and Dr reflected being behind seeming short with questions leaving room as I sat not being told to head out to check out. I had to ask someone if I was to leave or wait for instructions of what to do

I was seen by Caitlyn Stowe and, as usual, had a very good experience. She is patient, thorough, answers any questions I may have, and is very pleasant. She and her team provide excellent care. I would highly recommend her and the practice to anyone in need of care.

I originally had some concerns about how the surgery would go. Dr Hagen eased those concerns. His skill became more obvious as the procedure progressed.
