11I’ve had problems in the past but one thing I can say is Ashley in admissions goes above and beyond! She is always smiling and there to answer any questions to give you peace of mind. I love that she stops in to see my nan and makes sure I get to talk to her. She is always making her day. Having her with this company is a great asset!
Ashley, the Director of Admissions, is absolutely wonderful! I was touring here for rehab PT/OT for my loved one and she was absolutely amazing! The facility is beautiful and she was so informative and inclusive of us being involved in the care of our loved one! 100% recommend!
Ashley is very informative in what she is telling us as family members and making sure we feel comfortable with discussions that are being made.
My husband is currently receiving rehab at this facility. I am very pleased with the staff here from the administrator to the nurses and aids to the physical and occupational therapists to social services, kitchen staff, maintenance and cleaning staff. Dr. Benyo is caring and kind. The place is clean and decorated for the season with a lovely entrance and courtyard. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because like many rehab facilities, hospitals, etc, they need more staff. Thanks to everyone who has cared for my husband. I would recommend Forest Hills to anyone.
If there was a way to subtract stars I’d be delighted.let’s start off with the DON who walks around the building arrogantly like she built the place.she treats her employees as if there scum and her not remember where she came from.how all the supposed supervisors are always there but never available. HR is such a joke the lady should retire… scheduling at that place is the worse they give the time to whoever sucks up or is a friend or family it once was such a nice peaceful work environment but working for a circus seems more logical then The New Weatherwood…such a shame state should clean house restaff and reevaluate
It is disgusting. They treat their patients like trash. I am signing myself out of here tomorrow.
My client use to stay here and what he told me was horrific.im a home health aid and not easily startled, but if the accusations are true about this facility, do NOT place your loved ones here. The trauma I have to endure and disarm my client from, everyday is heartbreaking.if u place your loved ones here, make sure they are able to utilize a cell phone and cognitive about their rights as a patient
The staff are so friendly & it’s evident the nurses, social worker, etc.truly care about the residents. Beautiful country location & great care
