If u care for a love one don’t send them here. I had a love one in here for almost 3 years when she went there she was walking and in about a year she went downhill from there they always have excuses why they can’t tend to their residents like being short staffed my family member had went almost 2 weeks without a bath after being told about it. They let her lay in a bed instead of sending her to a hospital which she had spent nine days in a hospital because she was very sick. There food is nasty. They are always getting new workers. I could go on an on but I will let it at this

Everyone is very kind and wonderful with communication! My father has been in this facility for three and a half months, and we have had nothing but a positive experience!

Facility was covid cautious and proactive at check in, staff was masked and had visitors wear masks.
We were only there for a few hours; however, facility and rooms appeared to be clean. Staff was attentive and informative about clients day thus far during their shift.

This establishment is so welcoming! From the front desk to HR; it was a lovely experience. From the moment I walked in, I could see the level of care given there and was very impressed!

I met with a cook for the first time visiting forest park nursing home. He was very courteous and answered many of my questions.

My mom was staying there after a hospital stay. They overdosed her on sleeping meds. They called EMS and she had to be narcaned 4 times for her to wake up.

I have been with this company for over 2 years. It is a great place to work! We truly care about our patients and doing what is best for them! We have a great physical therapy team and our nursing management team is experienced and care motivated!

I went to see my grandfather today @ Forest Park today. I work next door at Thornwald and our nursing home is the Hilton compared to that place. My grandfather was laying in the same sheets the EMS brought him in for hours. No nurse, cna, came to check on in. He is a diabetic and the nurses did not check his blood sugar. My mother went out to ask for wipes to atleast get him washed up and she got a “the aide will be in after dinner. ” HE GOT THERE before 2pm and dinner is or 6! That place is so disgusting. From the smell to the looks of everything. Thank god he is only there for a week! I do not recommend this home to ANYONE! Their food I wouldn’t even serve a wild animal. My grandmother asked the nurse for a urinal and he didn’t even know where they were. The beds are awful, there were dried up stains on the wall, and technically beds shouldn’t be up against the walls unless care planned. I am an aide of 10years and I don’t care how short you are! DO BETTER!

Not very clean. Terrible food very old and uncomfortable beds. Floors run by Xmas. One LPN very busy dispensing meds and slow to respond when you need a nurse. Very little equipment in rehab gym Not a good rehab experience. Therapists were good a accommodating but had little equipment to work with

The most unprofessional interview I ever had. The lady (Jan) at the front desk was rude and did not acknowledge me until the phone rang. She was more concerned about eating her M&M's. I waited longer to be seen than the actual interview. The guy conducting the interview was unprepared and did not have a copy of my resume. He proceed to ask me only one question and the interview was over in less than a minute. I was instructed to bring documents with me that I was never asked for. A complete waste of my time and gas.

Worst place to send your family members. I wish I would have had a choice before my family went there. So unhelpful and did not communicate well at all.

They should keep their people in check, if they’re acting like this on the internet towards strangers I can only imagine how the people under this woman’s care is. It’s frightening to see this from a fellow CNA

I work as a housekeeper for 10 years now and needless to say over the years this place has gone ok from gotten a lot better after having better new management that knows what they are doing. Its a very friendly work place to work. All the co-workers do their best to care for the residents needs and wants. Also neat and cleaned environment. Everybody works very hard and try to work together when they can to get things done for your loved ones also they have great Thearapy team to get the residents to do thearapy so they can get better to get home to their loved ones. They have great benefits, vacations, good pay, 401k, also have great food to eat. The residents have fun in the activities they do crafts, singing, ryhms, riddles, bingo, church etc. Also they can, do laundry for your family member if you choose to. We all treat your family members like they are our own.

Not sure how this place is still open. The company does not care about the residents or staff. Coming from a previous employee, they will take advantage of you every chance they get. If you happen to be the poor soul who works on any other shift besides 7-3 (when management is present) then you are on your own. Chronic short staffing (I.e. Planned holes in the schedule), mandatory weekly on call without pay for supervisors (= less work for management), allows psychotic family members to LITERALLY belittle and harass employees consistently, makes staff cater to verbally abusive family members that demand unreasonable accommodations (requiring majority of staff time and attention to one resident=making it impossible to provide quality care to rest of the residents), plays favorites with staff (will allow workplace bullying and intimidation and when you report it to management they tell you “oh they’ve always been that way”. Incompetent, hypocritical, and unprofessional leadership that brushes some very messed up and illegal stuff under the carpet just so the company looks good on the surface. Backstabbing, no trust, no care, no teamwork, working here will put you at risk for losing your license or certification on its own, lack of resources and short staffing = making you assume responsibility of 3 positions at a time. But if you make a mistake you will for sure hear about it unless you’re on the Management’s favorites list. High stress, lack of staffing and resources and unreasonable expectations will emotionally and physically drain you and turn you into a bad caregiver/nurse. No appreciation of help, no accountability, coworkers/management will try and throw you under the bus whenever the chance arises so they can save their own behinds. I could go on but hopefully that gives you an idea.
