Top shelf customer service here ladies and gentlemen. Dominic went above and beyond answering all of my questions, sending multiple pictures, and staying late to see my bike picked up for shipping. Dominic put me at ease through-out the entire process of my first purchase across state lines. I was confident that the bike I was receiving was just as Dominic described and pictured. Purchasing a bike you never test drove, let alone saw in person can be rather stressful. This man made the process go smooth as silk, and when I received the bike.it was better than expected. Thank you sir!

After having a problem scheduling a snowblower repair at a local power equipment company. Forest Park Honda took my snowblower in and repaired it fast. They said it would take 2 weeks and got it done in those 2 weeks. Thanks Forest Park Honda. Great employees also.

I've always heard great things about forest park. I've tried to buy a trolling motor and auto pilot and can't even get a response from them. Not one to complain but stressed several times that I wanted them because of their reputation of great service. Guess I'm looking elsewhere since they can't even pickup the phone and call even though I've made several calls and even stopped by. No response.
Recieved several calls from Carl and met with Mark and he went over with me everything that I need to setup. Hope FOREST PARK Honda finds someone as knowledgeable as Mark to replace him. I look forward to dealing with FOREST PARK Honda in the future and wish Mark a wonderful retirement he deserves it

Forest Park Honda is a good dealership with a good selection of new and used. I have always had amazing luck with the parts department for my need on my old XR200R that I love.

Mark worked on my 225 Honda Outboard. He kept me up-to-date and was very detailed. It was a large project and would highly recommend servicing Honda Outboard here.

I would recommend them to anyone who has Honda bikes, 4 wheelers, etc. Always have been treated good there for more than 20 years.

Took my Honda Metropolitan for inspection a few weeks ago. Forest Park was able to get me in almost a full month sooner than other inspection locations I called! Staff was friendly and courteous. Their patience with explaining inspection outcomes was really appreciated. The inspection cost itself was competitive for the area, so no surprises there. I would definitely recommend them for scooter/motorcycle inspection and if something happens to my scooter, I'll be bringing it to them for service/repair!

Great Costumer Service. I've always taken my bike there. But, it's been a couple of years since it's been on been on road. So I took it to get it inspected, new tires put on. Picked it up rode it home and it had some problems. Called the garage, this was on a Saturday. Got a call from them 1st thing Monday morningwanting to pick my bike up to look at it & take care if the repairs. They picked it up on Tueaday morning & by Tueaday afternoon they called to tell me what was wrong & to tell me it was done. Very pleased with the customer service. Highly recommend them. Thank you very much for taking care of my bike.

This place has amazing customer satisfaction and reliable sales people. The people there are really friendly. I've ordered tons of apparel and am more than satisfied! 5 out of 5 in my book.

Great service. Very timely. Immediately addressed an oversight after a new install. Had me come right in and fixed on the spot.
Sure some might say " well of course. They should"! Everyone knows that this rarely happens these days. More often than not you might get the old, " well let's get you on the schedule next week. "
Not with Forestpark and not Dominic. All he said was, "how soon can you get here".
The moment 8 arrived he pulled it right in and had all hands on deck. I was in and out in 30 minutes with it fixed, an explanation, and an apology for the inconvenience. Great job!

Terrible customer service, went to use my plow for the 1st time after being installed and serviced. Less than 3 minutes into using the plow the hydraulics stop working and it would not angle. I had orginally asked for a oil change on the pump unit because I knew it was low on fluid and needed changed. Well much my surprise after I checked the pump trying to find out why my plow wasn't working, it was still very low and had not been serviced as I requested. I was charged for a service that was never performed properly. When I went to the service to pick up the fluid needed to properly fill the pump to the manufacturer specifications the service manager Dan was very rude, condescending and confrontational. Immediately started to discredit the quality of my plow, saying its an old used unit, when actuality it was purchased there 5 years ago and rarely used in only a few driveways. I've had 15 year old plows work flawlessly in a residential setting. None the less he refused to acknowledge their mistake of not putting the correct amount of fluid back in the pump or just not changing it at all. They even acted like they were doing me a huge favor of giving me some fluid that I had already paid for that was never installed. When I requested to speak to the owner for a refund Dan got in my face and said good luck the owner is my brother in law, ill make sure you don't receive a refund. Funny thing is I've run garages and service departments in this town and every year I've sent new truck customers for plows there. I personally have sent many friends there for purchases of new Rincon and Rubicons in years past. I personally purchased a new Rincon there and was ready for a update as well as looking at one of the Honda side by sides when I orginally dropped my truck off after patiently waiting a month for my orginal appointment. After they finally continued to refuse that a simple mistake could had been made I left only with the fluid I had already paid for, went home filled it properly which their service department failed to do, and the plow Immediately started functioning properly again. Luckily it didn't ruin the pump system and cause more damage that they would have Immediately refused and wrong doing. I've always been honest in business and realize mistakes happen, its how you fix them that makes you a good service department. When a simple mistake is made and you refuse to fix your mistake it makes you dishonest and shows your lack of professionalism. Your poor decision in taking care of the mistake will actually cost you thousands down the road. I will never recommend your business again and this spring when I purchase my side by side it will definitely be from a competitor due to your unwillingness to resolve this small issue you made much larger.

I drove from Pittsburgh to pick up my dream bike yesterday. I purchased from Forest Park Honda. Karl was my salesman and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Grace, who works at the dealership as well is an incredibly warm and competent person. I genuinely enjoyed meeting the folks at Forest Park Honda and would recommend shopping there!

Great place of business! These guys take care of their customers and I have been using them for years. Always a good place for parts and accessories as well.
