Forest Ridge Kennels, Paradise PA

They are merely brokers for local “breeders”. My husband and I bought a very expensive Sheltie from them 2 years ago. The dog is the most neurotic dog I’ve ever owned. You have no idea who the breeders are or how honest they are. I do not think this is a purebred. The dog seems to have some collie in him. Very nervous/shy dog. They told us he was fully wormed when we bought him ($1400 back in 2020) but he had worms when we brought him home. I cannot recommend this kennel. They seem like nice people however VERY overpriced for the dogs they are selling. NEVER AGAIN.

Bought a pup there like 10 years ago, recently deceased, lived a good healthy life. Would go back but all their site shows is shaggy mutts, barely any real purebreds like I had. Yes my beagle was spoiled rotten!

We got our dog Abi there nearly 6 years ago. She's the second most important female in the house, unless you ask her.

We got out our yellow lab mix from Paul 2007/ best dog ever! /Paul told us to take to same spot. And say do yoir business. Dog was incredible for 11 1/4 years. Trouble with back legs/ this dog ran in park everyday 530 am. Chased deer and swam! We put the work in but dog was incredible/never a accident in our home! Love Forest Ridge and Paul

We have gotten several dog’s from here. I liked them. We stopped in on a day they were closed we didn’t know they were closed. They let us come in it was amazingly clean and the puppies where clean. I Would go back.

I would give it less than one if I could. We purchased a sheltie puppy about a year ago that they showed on their website. Noticed that he was growing bigger than most shelties. Went to our vet today and discovered he was 38 pounds and 19 inches tall.
Way to big to be a sheltie. We are getting a Wisdom Panel DNA kit to check his.
Texted the owner today and have not received a response.
This is more like a puppy mill where he sells them after getting them from breeders.

I have adopted 2 cockapoos. 1-25 yrs. Ago and 1- 12yrs. Ago. Sadly my 12yr. Old passed last mo. My best friend. I am going back for another 1 after the holidays.
The puppies are happy, clean and friendly. No anxiety with humans and that says alot to me. I walked right over to my puppies. As I said I am going back for a new best friend after the holidays. Thank you.forest ridge kennels

I have gotten 2 Golden Retrievers puppies from Forest Ridge over 15 years ago. Unfortunately, our Bisquit passed about 3 years ago, but her sister Butterscotch is still thriving and both have been a very important part of our family! Butterscotch is going on her 16th birthday and I couldn't be happier with Forest Ridge Kennels! They provided us with healthy and happy pups that have been a blessing to us over the years.

I'm going to say that they really have the art of breeding down. Our (now 4yo) pup is so smart, fun and cuddly that everyone loves her.

I have gotten two shih tzu puppies from Forest Ridge.the first one lived almost 17 years.my second one lived almost 15 years.and she just passed away last week. I am just sad to see they no longer have shih tzu puppies for sale.

This place I must say has great dogs. All breeds of toy dogs that are properly nurtured. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new puppy

Went there with all intention of buying a puppy. Wife realized how much work there were. I thought the lady was very nice not pushy. I thought the place was clean. All the the puppies were happy and healthy. I would definitely go there to buy a puppy.

You want a pet dog you got to go there. They are friendly and helpful. Got my 3rd dog from them.

Too many breeds.can you say puppy mill?
When a breeder raises more than one or two max breeds.it is a red flag. Anyone who agrees to sell to you before asking any questions.another red flag. Stop buying these puppies. RESCUE!
