Forever 21, Bethel Park PA

Everyone was super friendly, i just wish I could find more form fitting clothes for a woman my size.but all in all, will always go back.great hats and tees!

Customer service was terrible today. The cashier we had today name is Michele. She was not friendly and I regret spending my money with Forever 21. I hope you guys hire more polite people.

Staff was helpful even though they were busy. Very friendly. Store was organized and had a big selection. Wish they had more men's clothes.

Very disappointed to learn that even now during weird covid restrictions that clearance items are non refundable. I wasn’t even informed of this by the cashier when I was checking out.

Its kind of hard to find basic stuff, like a simple blouse or a cami. Set up is a little unorganized but when I got what I needed I was satisfied and the prices are good.

Out of all the forever 21 stores I've been to, this one is just okay. It seems like it mostly carries basics (both in styles and in color). I'm always underwhelmed when I visit, it never really draws me in like other stores do for to it's lack of vibrant colors (even the store itself is super plain), I rarely ever find anything aside from a plain top, and it's just not nearly as hip & fashion forward as other forever 21 stores. It could be that they are catering to the area and they've found that that's what sells best there, but I'm used to forever 21 stores that are 2 stories, vibrantly colored, have bumpin music, and themed rooms. This is far away from any of that.

However, the staff (most of the staff) are super friendly, outgoing, and willing to help. But if you're looking for trendy pieces, i suggest visiting a different location.

I went in shopping with my daughter. Appears to be a nice selection of casual, active wear and dressy items. Not sure how long but there's a $7 clearance sale and there were great options. Workers were polite and helpful.

This store was a good place to shop a year ago. Now I go in with my daughters and it really messy and unorganized. Staff are rude and uninviting. I guess the good staff members moved on.
