I purchased 2 biker shorts& matching Bra tops… they totaled $60. I couldn’t try them on in store, so I took them home and tried them on. All of the pieces were see through, so I returned everything and got a full refund. Disappointed in the price, lack of fitting rooms, and the extreme price for such cheap quality.

I will say the employees were wonderful, and very kind. Just not a fan of the products.

I liked it! I would say that if you are anything after an L, you might want to go somewhere else because I was walking around and did not see anything that wasn't an S or an XS. But I did buy 2 things for only $8 so the prices are very affordable. The staff is nice and friendly. I was here when they had huge sales though, so maybe the experiences are different! But I thought it was a nice store.

I am just annoyed about them having the fitting rooms closed. Every time you have to go and return items because they don’t fit you as you don’t have the opportunity to try them. I don’t know why they keep that closed

I only went to Forever 21 because I was told by one of the worker that they sell wide calf boots I travel all the way downtown just to be told that they do not sell so that and they do not sell plus size and and the customer service that I got was not too good I understand you come to work to do your job but when I am trying to ask you a question and you walk away from me multiple times that's just super rude or try to ignore me until I get right in front of you to talk to you I shouldn't have to do all that
