I have never felt more compelled to write a review until today.
I only wanted to soak off my gel nails and get a manicure. The first thing the tech wanted to do was use a Dremel tool on my natural nails. I refused to let them. They tried to tell me that it was the only way I could get the polish off. I have been getting my nails done for so many years and never been told this. I did feel bad for the young man who was doing my nails. I'm not even sure he was old enough to be licensed. After 3 techs told me they couldn't take the rest of the polish off, I decided to leave and go back to my regular nail salon.
Terrible customer service and very rude. I won't be back!

They did not ask if I wanted my nails cut. They just filed. They did not cut my cuticles or clean under my nails. Basically a foot massage and gel. $53.00 It definitely was not worth that

I’m just upset. On the third day after they were done one completely chipped (mind yall I left at closing) and I had to get it fixed. Every day since then, they all have been breaking. Popping off. Chipping, there’s even cracks in them, along with hair.
I wasn’t happy with them when they were done because it’s not what I wanted to start with (I thought the powder was just a new technique because …. We’ll acrylic is powder) after they were done and I saw the “results” I just was persistent I’m not coming back, the only reason I went is they’re only ones who accept walk in! Between my aunt and myself we handed out like 340/350$… we got manicures and pedicures plus all kinds of “hidden fees”…
and I’d understand if I worked or did things to make them break, but I haven’t. Plus for starters, after they used the powder, the excess that came off my finger… they poured it back into container. I had just cut my finger open and had a bandaid, during the process he told me just take it off, super unsanitary! They’ve said I could come back… and can’t, really with younger kids, not to mention the thought of, do I want to?

Horrible place they are rude and it’s so dirty and most of the people that work here don’t have their nail license they do not do a good job please do not get your nails done here you will be very disappointed they don’t know how to do nail’s correctly this place needs to be shut down there are not good to their PAYING CUSTOMERS so mean & unprofessional I do not recommend coming here do not waste your time with this place

Worst manicure I've ever experienced in my life. It was a half a$$ manicure, I guess lotion on your hands isn't included with their manicures.
The place is so dirty, they do not even make people wash their hands. There was dust and dirt everywhere, and even their towels were dirty. I'm glad I only got a manicure and not a pedicure. All of the lights and everything on the tables were covered in dirt and dust, so gross!
Then as I was paying he demanded that I go get cash from the ATM to pay instead of using my card. I said no I'm paying with my card, and there are no signs about a minimum for a credit card. Shady and dirty, I don't know how they are still in business. Go somewhere else.

Horrible I wanted ombre nails and for 70 dollars after showing the photo the man was confused but said he could do it and it was something very simple but yet my nails looked nothing even close to what I wanted never gain at this place it looks nice as far as the decor but no God bless them

Great place! They did a great job on my nails and I absolutely love them! Couldn’t be happier about it, I love the fact that as soon as you walk in they’re immediately doing your nails, it’s fast service but they take their time and make sure it’s to your liking and ask you permission before they do a color etc! Absolutely earned me as a customer! I just had healthy nails done, and brought a design to them I liked!

I went 3 weeks ago & it was perfect. I went this time & he started drilling down my nails length when I didn't ask him to do that. That's not what I wanted. But after that every thing was great.

This place is the worst place ever. I had to stop her she ruined my nails she put tips on and cuts length then starts ripping all them off and then started again.oh he'll no worst ever

Do not recommend this place at all went to get my nails done and the one gentleman was rudely commenting on how my hands shake which is something I can’t control stating oh no need to be nervous and after telling him I was born with the shaking and can’t help it he then still made remarks and also giggled was super upset will not go back
Also went with my sister in law to get her nails done and she had showed them a pic of the design she wanted and after 2 times of trying to fix and them doing it wrong had to give up and ask for something totally opposite of what she went I’m for.before me arguing for her to get the design redone tried to say they weren’t fixing it and that she still owed $55 dollars I said no and made them fix it

They hustling people and charge by the length and I have nails done uneven and I wanted to get a design and I couldn't get that. I would not recommend to sepend your hard money there

Used to be a good place but now they demand cash and the prices are higher as is and work isn't better, my nail cracked already and just got done friday. Asked for pink n white healthy nail and didn't really get that neither

Daughter and I went to get our nails done. Great day. Really enjoyed it. Very nice place to relax and have someone else do your nails.

Worst experience EVER! I’ve been getting my nails done for 28 years and this was horrible. Told them my acrylic needed to be soaked off. Didn’t listen. Noticed the person doing my pedicure (also did my fill) knew the color I selected was running low so I asked if I needed to pick a new color. Said no. Polish on my nails is clumpy (see pic). Did not bother to soak off or even repair the acrylic lifting off my nail after I brought it to his attention several times. V (young lady with the glasses) who was magnificent is no longer there and her replacements are horrible. Paid and left. Won’t be going back.

They used to be friendly and provided good service but now the past few times they have been rude and very unwilling to provide services I had been going there for years but am looking for a new place

$65 to paint a 4 year olds nails and toes! Someone please explain how that's even possible.
It said $10 for kids. So I was expecting $20. When I threw a fit he said because they used gel polish. You're telling me its $45 more. NO! I could have painted them for free at home but wanted her to feel special for a wedding.
I'm furious. I will never step foot in Forever Nails again!
$65 TO PAINT A 4 YEAR OLDS NAILS AND TOES!

Got my nails painted with gel 4 days ago and the polish is already peeling up and off, the manicure was $40 and was basically a waste, overpriced and poor quality job, very disappointed

Looks like my pinky nail is trying to run away didn’t take the acrylic under the nails off I had to file some of it off at home some are up in the air I needed them done to be proposed to I spent 100 80 dollar nails 20 tip and got the silent treatment for an hour and was treated like an inconvenience

Totally overpriced. I get a pedicure and Manicure for $80 at my regular salon but I stopped by here because I had some time to kill but regret it. I paid $60 for a dip Manicure (everywhere else is $45) and I paid $63 for mediocre pedicure. I hated that it was all guys not one single female worker and most of them could barely speak English. Worse off they don't have electric nail dryers so you have to sit there for a while and wait for your nails to dry. Skip this place. It ain't worth it. You can get better service elsewhere.
