Fortaleza Rehabilitation and Fitness Center, Philadelphia PA

I was recently going to another facility in which I was not happy. So I decided to go to La Fortaleza Rehab, and I am in love. The facility is clean, well organized and when you're visiting for the first time, the wait time is quick ans smooth. The staff are courteous, friendly and very informative.

The staff and facility is absolutely amazing! They were clear and concise about the exercises and instructions and very supportive in many ways. I have been to other physical rehabs in Philly and they were not nearly as helpful in my recovery from back pain. Super shout out to all the staff!

I started therapy here today vestibular and from start the staff treated me with respect and dignity. Despite the fact I had no appointment on file the ladies at the front desk still made sure I was seen and they are taking good care of me. Thanks ladies and gentlemen for being so professional and making sure the customer's come first.

Horrible experience. I arrived at my daughter's appointment on time and went to the front desk receptionist and was told to have a seat. Another woman came to the front desk and preceded to help other people. After waiting 10 minutes, I went back and asked if someone could register my daughter, I was given papers to fill out. After waiting again for a period of time, I canceled the appointment. What a big waste of time.

The staff is amazing! Very courteous, professional, and friendly to be around. They make you feel at home here. I highly recommend coming here for PT.

They services is the best, soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smile all the people in the back are great with services that each patient needs.love it I'll really recommend this place, also they have van services to pick you up an drop off.try it you won't regret it.

This place has been helping feel better with my pain. They are nice people and treat you good. I recommend them to people that need physical therapy.

Had a great experience with Monal she made sure I did the exercises for OT correctly and was very kind.

My uncle broke is leg and was told that he wouldn’t be able to walk again, but with the help of Fortaleza rehabilitation they helped my uncle out in 8 months which was a blessing. I am to greatful for this second chance they have given him at life
