I have been working with Zach since August and I have been very pleased! He is so knowledgeable and truly has a heart for helping people reach their goal. Zach made me take a deep look at my relationship with food and tailored a program that worked for me. I have been working with Zach for a month and I am extremely happy with my results and the tools he is giving me to be successful. I have worked with other personal trainers but Zach is definitely working on the whole person and making sure I have the tools to be successful.

I've been working with Zach on Nutrition for about a month and a half and have really enjoyed working with him. He build the program around your needs and meets you with attainable goals. The app and regular check ins help me stay on it, and following the tips I have been able to lose and keep weight off. Definitely recommend working with Zach if you want to get serious with improving how you treat and look at food!

Been working with Zach for just about 3 months now. I’m down over 20 pounds. Aside from the weight loss, I’ve seen so many more benefits including more energy throughout the day, and more confidence in my relationship with food. He had me on a nutrition plan that isn’t overwhelming and feels very sustainable. I’ve gained a better understanding on how to recover from days where I lose control and I know that because of the foundation I have now, I will continue to see less and less of those days. I’d recommend Fortified Strength and Nutrition to anyone looking to better themselves, and to better their relationship with food. 20 pounds down, and I’m looking forward to seeing the next 20 go!

I’ve been going to Fortified Strength & Nutrition and training with Zach for about 6 months. I play team sports during my weekends, and to be fit and preform every week requires me to be fit and strong. Zach invested his time to really learn what is important to me and my fitness goals.
I recommend Zach for personal training, he is fantastic! He is very professional, wonderful person and a great motivator.

As a 62 year old physical therapist, I was skeptical that I could work with a trainer without aggravating a chronic low back injury. After working with Zach for a year, I am finding that I am not only stronger, but my back pain has decreased. Zach focuses on individualizing the program to meet your goals whether your goal is to do 1 pull up (my goal) or to dead lift 200 pounds. He pays particular attention to form and is quick to modify any exercise to accommodate physical limitations. During the pandemic, we formed a family weight lifting group that met weekly. Zach's positive, encouraging approach made these session the highlight of COVID year. Thank-you Zach!

For me, training was just about someone telling me what to do and I'd do it, no thinking involved. But after working with Zach for the past year+, I've seen such great results that I'm now invested in seeing how far I can go in continuing to improve my strength and overall fitness level. I actually want to work out and I make the time for it. Zach is so much fun to train with and clearly loves what he does! He's a great motivator.
