I was recommended this place by a close friend and to my disappointment I was attended by a lady with black short hair who had the worst communication skills and provided such horrible customer service. I asked her if she had any pictures of her work, she stated she didn’t have time to look for them or show me. I tried showing her some pictures of what I wanted my wedding bouquet to look like and obtain a price quote when randomly without any reason escorted me out of the store saying she did not have any time for me. I had never been treated like this by anyone by just trying to obtain a price quote. I would give her a zero in my rating if I could. She should definitely go to a customer service training course.
