My family and I went to NYC for the day. We had an excellent driver that was so friendly and knowledgeable of the area. He even recommended a restroom stop before heading into nyc which was a great idea with the holiday crowds! We used the mini coach bus and it was great having access to it to get us around when we needed. Ilona was so helpful with what transportation we needed and answered all my questions. She is so nice!
Everything went smoothly and we had a wonderful time! I definitely would recommend using this service!

My wife and I were so glad we found Fortune Transportation for our wedding. Our timeline changed quite a few times, and Ilona was more than accommodating every time we had to make a change. She is very experienced, professional, (and very kind!) and our transportation services went off without a hitch for our big day. The limo for the wedding party, as well as the buses for our guests were really clean and we had no issues whatsoever. The drivers were very pleasant and professional, and made sure all of our guests (and any stragglers) were picked up at the end of the night. Above and beyond and a great experience had by all!

I recently booked a limo for 18 people with Fortune for a night on the town and it was an awesome experience. Kurt was on time at each pick up and drop off location. I would definitely book again.

Ilona was great in setting us all up on such short notice and Dema, our driver, was fabulous! So patient and kind considering our bridal party was an hour late leaving for the church! Will definitely use them again!

They subcontract work out to other drivers. We dealt with the owner, Lenny (Len). Vehicle we were in had a broken seatbelt defroster wire in the rear hitting the window constantly and was not well maintained. The driver was unprofessional, late on 2x occasions by an hour. Unprofessional and found them irresponsible. They were hired to transporat a special needs minor student to and from school daily. Their driver thought it was acceptable to leave our child alone asleep in a vehicle while the the driver went into Wawa to shop. The child was supposed to be taken directly to school. Safety is not this company's primary concern obviously.

We hired a school bus shuttle for our November wedding in Merion Station. Fortune Transportation was super responsive in the planning process. The driver was very professional, showed up on time, and the bus was clean. Best of all was that it was the most affordable service we found! What more can you ask for?

We hired Fortune for shuttle service between our hotel and our wedding venue and had an excellent experience! Ilona was very responsive to every request and very prompt in returning emails and calls. What a fabulous experience with Fortune. I called around for my daughter's 16th birthday and many companies were almost double that of Fortune. They were courteous, communicated via text (which I need and LOVE) and made the experience perfect.

Fortune absolutely saved the day. A few weeks before our wedding, we realized that our original transportation plans with another company weren’t going to work out due to space and timing. In a panic, I reached out to Fortune to see if they had any last minute availability for bigger vehicles, and they did. Ed called me personally and talked me through our options for a while. When I talked to Ilona to finalize everything, she walked me through every detail, making sure that there wouldn’t be any reason to have to call me on the day-of. I got confirmations with all driver cell phone numbers but didn’t need to use any of them. They got our guests to the venue on time. From what we’ve heard from guests, there were no issues getting there. We joined our guests for the trip back to the hotel, and they were super accommodating and flexible. We would highly recommend them!

If your looking for a limousine service Fortune is the way to go. I had a party of 7 going to the airport and they were on time, courteous and kept me updated with a change.

They were fantastic and I will be booking with them when I next travel. They responded to all my emails promptly which I really appreciated. We were arriving at EWR at 10 p.m. And needed a ride to Philadelphia. Our flight was late by an hour but our driver waited for us. She was professional and patient and I will be using their service again.

Professional. Driver was early (as they said he might be) and had to wait for departure so arrival would not be too early. This was handled with no issues. Driver was courteous and efficient. Communication around the job with the office was good. Recommend this business.

The driver was on time and the vehicle held all five of us and our luggage. We arrived at the airport on time.
Our return flight was diverted to another airport, refueled, and sent back to the scheduled airport. And our driver was waiting for us when we finally deplaned. Very reliable company
