I’ve been going to Forward Thinking Fitness for a little over 4 months now and I love it! This is the most consistent I’ve ever been with my fitness journey because I don’t need to think about anything - just sign up for the time that works best and show up, everything else is already done!

It’s a great community with supportive people of all fitness levels and ages - I’ve never felt judged or out of place which was a fear of mine when I started. Evan and Jamie are so helpful - correcting your form so you get the most out of a move, encouraging you along the way, and giving alternative exercises if needed. This is the strongest I’ve felt in years and can’t wait to keep progressing in 2024 - if you’re thinking about joining just do it, you won’t regret it!

I have been a part of the fitness family at FTF for several months. I am beyond grateful to Evan and his team for the positive and comfortable environment they’ve created! If you are looking to be a “happier, healthier you” - I highly recommend Forward Thinking Fitness. They will help you set goals for yourself with their personalized programming. They will encourage and motivate you every step of the way!

A few months ago, I was looking for someone to push me into the right direction when it came to bettering my health and fitness. Forward Thinking Fitness was recommended to do just that for me by my massage therapist. Evan and Jamie are fantastic when it comes to pushing you to your limits (and sometimes past them, because we all can do it!), it definitely counts especially on the days that you feel like you can’t, they are there to remind you that you can. Along with the trainers, the members of the gym are very supportive as well, as they too are working towards a common goal. Together we keep each other accountable!

My experience with Forward Thinking Fitness has been stellar, to say the least. Evan and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They are supportive and encourage you to push yourself while also helping you with the proper form. The facility and exercises are set up in a way that has everyone engaged and I never feel self concious. The classes have many varations of exercise and yoga is also offered (I'm excited for that to become more available). They are also adapted specifically for each persons strength and skill level so I never felt like I was out of my depth or struggling to keep up. There was a new nutritionist hired recently and I had only been with the previous one briefly but she was extremely helpful in getting my diet in line and helping me understand what I need to fuel an exercising body. I look forward to meeting and working with the new one. I highly recommend Forward Thinking Fitness if you are looking for an excellent exercise and diet program. I truly feel like I am being pushed to do my best and learning that as long as I am willing to put in the work I will see results. And of course, Link always makes the day better!

Forward Thinking Fitness is my reason to get out of bed in the morning… no, literally! Since joining FTF, I have become a regular at the 5: 30AM small group sessions. I enjoy attending FTF so much because all I have to do is show up! Once I walk through the doors, a new and challenging full body workout is provided by the knowledge trainers, Evan or Jamie, with modifications to increase or decrease difficulty.

Baseline information is taken at your first appointment and roughly every 8 weeks you meet with a team member to check in on your progress and goals that YOU set. This individualized approach helps you to see your strengths and target your weaknesses.

During the workouts, the trainers actively walk around and make individualized adjustments to your form for safety and maximum benefit of the movements.

Not only does FTF provide strength and conditioning workouts, but the team also puts emphasis on increasing mobility and mindfulness with yoga provided at the new Be Well Body Work Studio. Kristine does an excellent job of maximizing relaxation with various stretches and breathing techniques!

I highly recommend FTF to someone like me who wants to workout more regularly, but benefits from the guidance on what to do once they step into the gym!

I highly recommend FTF! I never thought I would feel comfortable stepping into a gym at my age but the staff/trainers are top notch and put me at ease from day one. They are so motivating, knowledgeable, and truly care about the clients and their progress. I’ve been working out at 5: 30 AM with the Small Group class for 4 months now and really love having this as part of my routine. Each day is a different workout so I never get bored. Having access to a dietician is an added bonus. If you are considering a gym, it’s definitely worth your while to check FTF out. It’s certainly not like the other gyms in the area. It is the best!

I have been to different gyms throughout my life. Many are geared towards popping in your headphones and staring at a row of 20 T. V.s as a way to disengage. Personally, I prefer to be very aware when it comes to taking care of my body.
It's important to evaluate your motivations to foster a supportive, healthy mindset within yourself.
The team/community at Forward Thinking Fitness provide an environment where one can grow towards being a happier, healthier person for all the right reasons. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I was really hesitant starting my post-partum fitness journey and looked into many options before I came across FTF. After meeting with Evan, I felt comfortable starting my journey here and it has been a great experience. I was able to work closely with the trainers and let them know my limitations and hesitations and they catered workouts to my ability and pushed me when they thought I could handle a tougher workout. I am 4 months into my journey with FTF and I feel stronger and healthier than ever! I highly recommend this gym to anyone who is hesitant about starting their fitness journey or wants to learn more about strength training. It's a safe environment to work out in, and everyone is really kind and helpful!

I reached out to inquire about Forward Thinking Fitness after a family member “liked” them on FB and started my journey 3 days later. After four months, I’m amazed at what I’m capable of achieving. This gym offers an experience like no other; the workouts are challenging and meet everyone at their individual fitness level. If you are looking for a clean, well equipped, welcoming place to get in shape, this is the place!

I love the atmosphere of this fitness gym. It is tucked away on Iroquois Trail, unassuming but perfect for my daily workouts. The team of professionals are wonderful, they personalize your workouts to make sure you are challenging yourself in a safe manner. You can't help but get stronger! It is also a place to meet new people as everyone has been very welcoming and positive. What a great place!

I’ve been to a few gyms in the LV over the past few years, and I finally found one that works best for me! The gym in very clean and has two separate areas for small group and semi private classes so you have the best of both worlds. Evan and his staff are awesome and very knowledgeable, and I highly recommend you check out Forward Thinking Fitness if you’re looking for a new fitness community!

My interest in joint Forward Thinking Fitness occurred after I saw an ad for a fitness program for women over 60.
I was experiencing difficulty getting up off the floor and knew it was due to muscle weakness.
So I signed up and began my journey.
I am SO happy I joined. I can see positive changes in my strength and outlook. The workouts are challenging but effective. The staff are always helpful and one of the best parts is the participants- have had some great laughs. So if you are looking to get yourself in shape and have fun-this is the place.

I cannot say enough about my experiences at FTF. I got a nudge from a friend late one Sunday night and Evan wasted no time texting to see if I wanted to hop on a call! (He likely knew I might crawl back under my rock if he didn’t close the deal in that single urge) Nonetheless, I stepped foot in the facility and never had a single regret. I didn’t have to “dress up or stress up” going into the gym. The trainers were carefully chosen with the knowledge and patience to cater to every individual without another member’s workout suffering or getting slowed down. The membership is welcoming and supportive. The facility is always kept clean and is never too crowded to have access to the equipment. Every workout is designed specifically for you and the best part- even when i am traveling or just can’t get there due to my work schedule, I can schedule and a personalized workout is downloaded into my app on my phone. It may cost a little more than most gyms, but the personalized service, friendliness and support of membership and overall atmosphere make it so worth it! I’d recommend FTF to anyone looking to find a healthier version of themself! Make the call! You can thank me later!

FTF is not your regular gym. The atmosphere at FTF is such a welcoming environment even for the below average person regarding exercise. The dim lighting and variety of music actually help clients feel less intimidated when getting in their workout. Workouts are customized to the individual, and their staff is extremely knowledgeable. Additionally, they have a dietician on staff who has really helped me to learn what I should be eating to help me achieve my goals. I highly recommend FTF. They are way ahead of any other gym because of their well-rounded approach to health and fitness!

I joined forward thinking fitness to get back on track with my health journey with some guidance; little did I know I would come to find an awesome community committed to change. I never thought that I could look forward to workouts but the trainers here have an infectious energy that get me motivated and help me push harder! If you are looking for a place where everyone is welcome and all are working towards a same goal, look no further! Evan is incredibly approachable and the best cheerleader. I’m still surprised at my progress in only a few months, I find myself being able to do more with each session and my energy levels is so much better!

From my experience I can only speak highly of FTF, it's a welcoming place that will push you to do a little more and do it correctly, and I've noticed plenty of physical and mental change in myself in my 4+ months of training at FTF. But as with any gym you get out what you put in!

Honestly, if you are intimidated by going to a "regular" gym, or maybe you don't know what to do and want direction with your workouts, This is the perfect place to do it. It has something for everyone and there is a very nice community to go with the great training staff.

I suggest giving it a try and coming in to talk with Evan about your goals. He will definitely spend some time getting to know what you're looking for and try to help you to get there.
