Brandon is the best personal trainer that you will ever find. I had done training at a different private studio for months in the nearby area, but I only realized how poor that quality was until I came here and experienced true excellence in personal training. Aside from being very friendly and approachable, Brandon has a wealth of knowledge. Brandon gives a great work out, while also giving you knowledge that helps facilitate a safe and productive workout - skills that can last a lifetime if you are able to listen and learn. I am grateful to have found this facility, and will recommend it to all!
