2Great doctors, great nurses, great staff. Clean waiting area and exam rooms. They are booked out a long time to get an appointment. Located inside Geisinger main hospital. Parking isn't great, there are lots of spaces but it is far away. There is a shuttle bus that runs around the lot to the entrance, but usually there is a wait and that can be frustrating when it is very hot or cold outside as the small structures don't offer much, if any, relief
Urology department did a procedure to open a cist, primary doctor supervising lead resident. Used surgical scrub to "sanitize" the area, not the iodine solution they were supposed to use, used a pair of bandage cisors to cut me open instead of a scalpel. Failed to lidocaine area properly causing me extreme pain, making me arch and jump causing the resident using the bandage snips to shove them into the absesed cist, failed to have right packing to keep the incisions open, so now I'm inflamed and infected right away, hurt me, showed no remorse or even an apology. Wouldn't trust these ppl to change a bandaid let alone do any other surgical procedure
