Found by Flourish, Verona PA

I engaged with Audrey for a color analysis and closet clean out, it was an amazing experience. I not only learned what colors look best on me, I also got tips for pairing clothing items in a way I would never have imagined on my own. When I visit the store, the experience is always wonderful, all of the staff are helpful and know how to dress all body types. You leave feeling like a fashion icon - but spend so much less than at retail stores! Found also has a Facebook group for clients. When you become a client of Found, you get the support of an entire network of women!

I would not even give a Zero star for the experience I had with this business. I would never recommend anyone to do what I did which was trust this business with clothing, shoes purses (Name Brands), which I did not even break even for what the cost was for Audrey to come to my house TWICE due to the amount of items there were. The items were to be consignment, and I feel I was violated and Audrey misrepresented herself, I feel robbed! I could not post without picking a star, but this business does not deserve any stars, very dishonest experience!

I drove an hour to try this little store that I’ve heard so many good things about and it was WORTH IT! The staff was so friendly and were extremely helpful in helping me style my new, postpartum body. The clothes were amazing quality and a bargain. I also felt good about helping the environment by buying gently used clothing. I can’t wait to wear all my new pieces!

As a plus side lady, thrift and consignment stores have always been so intimidating to me, but not at Found! I found 8 pieces in my size that made it home with me. This was the most inclusive shopping experience I've had in any store, period! Friendly staff, woman owned.

I had the most fun I've had in SO long checking out the fill-a-bag at Found by Flourish. I thought I'd just take a look, and ended up easily filling a bag with my own picks and Audrey's spot-on suggestions. I got a dozen new pieces I adore, plus a designer handbag I've been searching for a deal on for years. Audrey taught me tips I didn't know I didn't know. Dreams come true, friends. At Found. Pittsburghers, get thee to Verona!

Even if you're not local to the Burgh, I would highly recommend working with Audrey, like on a Style Box. She has a real gift for listening to people and coming to understand their point of view. It meant so much that I felt like we were working together to find what's right for me, not like she was upselling me, or selling me what's hot right now.

I can’t say enough great thing about this business! I walked into my styling appointment with a dressing room already stocked with outfits to try. Audrey was wonderful! She gave excellent feedback, really listened to what I was looking for, and gave me great tips on how to style the new pieces. I left with a bag of wonderful new to me clothes and knowledge of how to wear them!

I really enjoyed my first trip to Shift. Audrey has a special talent when it comes to quickly figuring out someone's size/shape, style, and most flattering color palette. Her items are quality, and I had a fun time trying on some things I normally wouldn't have. Nothing can replace the personalized attention she gives during a one-on-one shopping appointment. She sprinkles in style advice so you walk away with more than just new pieces, but knowledge on how to wear them. Lastly, Audrey is just a really friendly and positive person who makes you feel instantly comfortable. I'm looking forward to returning when I'm in need of something new in my wardrobe.

Audrey was wonderful to work with. She made the entire experience very comfortable and fun! We started with a few pieces she selected for my body type, and I ended up loving pieces I would have never chose for myself. I love her mission for sustainable clothing, and her passion to make women feel beautiful in perfectly picked clothing! I left with the most adorable pair of Clark’s booties and an amazing faux fur vest among many other piece! I genuinely enjoyed the experience of shopping with her one on one and look forward to visiting in the future, but I am most excited to set up a monthly style box. Thank you, Audrey, for the wonderful experience and making me feel like a 10!

Shift has taught me so much *AND* everything is sustainable and affordable. My favorite shop in Pittsburgh, hands down.

Shopping at Shift is a dream. Truly, I always feel so incredible after shopping at Shift or ordering a style box. The women who own and work at this store are wonderful. They are stylist and truly focus on what the customer feels and looks best in. Also, their sizing is so inclusive and I have never ever left feeling that I couldn’t find something for my size or body. Also, there are many safe options for shopping during the pandemic (the style boxes have been a pandemic fav of mine)!

I have to give a shout-out to Elizabeth and Audrey for all the services they offer. After my first baby I jumped right into summer with a squishy post baby body, it made me feel extremely frumpy and unattractive. Then into work apparel which was ho hum and unflattering. I am blessed to have a spouse who always makes me feel loved but it’s hard when you don’t love yourself. It took me a year, but reached out to them in the summer of 2019. I did the closet clean out, went on a shopping trip, and have since done a checkup with clothing recommendations and bought numerous items from Shift.

After baby number two this winter, I feel a million times better about myself and my body than last time. I invested in pieces that flattered me and I got an education about what to look for with my body type and coloring.

For anyone on the fence about seeing a stylist or fashion consultant I highly recommend it. It has been some of the best money I have spent on myself.

What an absolutely cool concept for a store. It is run by stylists - so they can help you find your colors and styles that work for you. The personal attention, warm acceptance and confident encouragement was amazing. The clothing and decor is beautiful. This place is not a store it’s an experience.

Shopping at Shift is like shopping with your best friend! You can browse or you can ask staff to pick things out for you, since there is always a trained personal stylist in the store. They won't let you buy anything that doesn't look fabulous on you. Clothing and shoes come in a wide variety of sizes, for all body sizes and shapes. The store also carries vintage jewelry and items from local women-owned businesses, like soaps and cards. Plus, when you shop here, you're saving clothes from a landfill and every single piece is unique! Audrey, Liz, Emily, and Shelly are the best!

I highly recommend Shift! Over the past year, I have shopped at their store, ordered a style box, and have worked with Audrey to do a closet cleanout. Each experience has been nothing short of fabulous. I love supporting this local, female-owned business.
