Fountain Gardens Apartments

It has been a really wonderful apartment from the minute we moved it. The building is always kept very clean and maintenance is super friendly and wonderful when it comes to fixing an issue. We moved in on April 2020 and it was so wonderful to be able to do that during a pandemic going on. We love the neighborhood and also the other people living in the building g are super friendly. We are so happy to have chosen these apartments as our first place together.

This is one of the most beautiful apartment community I’ve seen. Affordable prices and a lot of amenities. I loved it. Silphy has been very helpful and thorough with her work!

Silphy gave me info for this apartment complex too. Apartment style is different, loved it. Property has great view.

I don’t live here but I just did a drop of for delivery and it’s all mostly a white community for 10 min I was there and they were all so racist I was lost I tried asking for help so I can get the ordered to the rite address never have I felt so mistreated by a white person! Then they had the nerves to get in front of my car while his wife called the cops on me to tow my car when all I did was ask for help shame on that community

High restriction on pets they want you to have a cat or a dog under 10 pounds anything that's bigger or a guard it is not allowed. So even caged animals or birds aquariums and not allowed

Would have preferred to have everything that I was promised when I moved in, such as the promised security system that did not work for years according to the super. Had a roach problem from day one. Increases in rent every year were not worth it and I finally had to move. The super was nice and so were the neighbors. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Horrible living conditions for the money you pay nothing was fixed when broken takes forever to actual see a maintenance come out. Had water leaking in my apartment for months it was painted over and I was told nothing they could do it was the roof.

Pros:
- good price
- elevator
- maintenance is usually quick when service requested
- friendly neighbors if you're lucky
- the main office staff is super friendly

Cons:
- During snow days, the plowing/cleaning service they offer is awful. They literally throw snow in front of the cars and whoever needs to go out, must dig in and out cuz no one cleaned (not even in front of the car to make it possible to move). Just unacceptable!
- neighbors can be really noisy if you're not lucky (like me)
- you cannot visit the unit that you're about to rent
- parking is hard if you get home late, they NEVER tow unpermitted cars.

So I’ve lived here for 2 months now, and like any apartment place, this one has its ups and downs.

Pros- my next door neighbors and across the hall neighbors are amazing. We’ve become great friends! This is my first apartment with my fiancé and it’s a great place for us to start out together. We have a one bedroom apartment and a small dog, and we have plenty of space for us and our belongings. The maintenance guy, Dan, is awesome! He’s friendly and can help you with anything you need. The place is relatively quiet most of the time, which is nice because that’s what I prefer as opposed to constant noise. Most of the people in the complex are friendly.

Cons- the people that work in the main office are AWFUL. Worst attitudes ever. Not even sure how they have these jobs.thank god the office is down the street so we never have to see them. They are not upfront about information and are not at all helpful. Our downstairs neighbor is one of the most annoying people I have ever met. Parking can be a pain if you get home late in the evening. We have an issue with wasps getting in to our apartment when the weather is warm or hot. Also, look in to everything you can before moving in. Our rent is over $100 more than what we were originally quoted, and our neighbors with a bigger apartment and balcony pay less in rent than we do, but of course there was no way to know that for sure until we moved in.

This place has more pros than cons for us, being a young couple just starting out. I can’t see is staying here for more than 2-3 years at the most, but it really can be a pleasant place to live if you can handle the cons.
