Checked in at 10.00AM, appointment was 1.00 pm. Now 6.20 PM still didn’t get loaded! This place
Worst ever, appointment 8am door same moment start unload 3hours later paper work done at 1pm…. And they have a big sign at the door “driver appreciation week” loool you really know how to show your appreciation
Easy in & out, usually loaded within 2 hours tops. No overnight parking. But this time they REALLY messed up, my BOL's say I'm loaded with 38,080 lbs but here I sit now in Ashland, VA showing 83,140 gross. Never have they screwed up so bad, I'm so disappointed in them today.
A bad place. They do not respect the work and time of the driver. They think they're the boss…
Appt 6am. Check in 5: 30am. Check out 7: 30am. Good and respectful people. In and out. Super fast. No parking. No overnight parking. Go to Walmart next 10min. Very peaceful. Check in and go to the parking lot and wait for the call. They will give you a door and go to the office. After the light is green they will call to get the papers and you can go.
Communication is a very big issue here; both with the building and trucks/drivers, employees and supervisors in the departments, and employees between departments. Theres no reason a trailer should be sitting getting loaded for 4+ hours and of course nobody wants to hear what I have to say about someone not doing their job because all management cares about is why I'm in the office forwarding a complaint from a truck and not doing mine.
This is my favorite produce market. I remember this was the first one I went to when I moved to Ephrata. They have the best strawberry pie around. I always come here to get my tomatoes and mums. And PS little side note if anybody finds a Leatherman out near the pumpkin patch could you please turn it in my son lost it the other day. Thank you much. The ladies here are awesome they work their butt off

The worst receiving that I have encountered during my work, 6 hours of unloading 4 pallets
This place is horrible it takes a lot of time get u unloaded been here almost 6 hours they don’t care about the driver time but there’s a clean restrooms n break area for drivers but no overnight parking. I think u could park at the 2nd wearhouse it’s like 1000ft away from this place there’s 2 semi spaces u could park at, good luck drivers
Guard shack excellent excellent service no attitude in and out like it should be. For all the smelly truckers there's a shower in this location read the paper follow the instructions.if you want to be in and out
