The veterinarian is kind, and she knows her animals. She treats our dog Buddy who has heart condition.

As many others have said, I was honestly shocked to see how reasonable their prices were. We have only been in for routine shots and for him to be neutered. Sue does seem very kind and knowledgeable; I know there is a reason they've been in business for so long. It was nice to go inside with him as a pup, since most are not allowing that with the pandemic.

Here are my complaints. I wish I knew the name, but I called one time to add my husband's name/contact info for our dog (we were engaged & didn't have the same last name yet) She was rude and told me "they don't do that. " But the next time I was in, another girl added him for me and was confused why someone told me no. I wish I wrote this sooner, again names were not shared with me, I assume it's the husband. I will never trust the older man with Oakley. In June of 2021, I brought him in to have his stiches removed after being neutered, and he was VERY rude. He yelled at my 6 month old pup for being scared and not sitting still at first, and did not make sure he was secured enough before going in with the scissors. He then proceeded to call my dog an It (“Well It won’t stop moving! ”) ; he was just very careless and not compassionate at all. It made me nervous to know how he would have treated him if I wasn't standing there.

*Edited to add, I’m genuinely concerned of what went on during his neuter when I wasn’t there. My baby was (still is) a sweetheart, but they pushed to have him neutered at 6 months old and I didn’t know better enough at the time and now he is more reactive and sensitive to people touching his paws.

My family has been taking our pets here for my entire life and they’ve been so good to us and our furry loved ones. Now that I am in my 20s and have my own 2 dogs, I especially appreciate their affordability and their dedication to their patients. Highly recommend!

Had my male dog fixed here, 6months old, surgery site got infected almost immediately, they tried to blame us for the infection yet they never gave us a cone and said "licking is okay" they also tried to tell us he was too old to be fixed? The husband has his own horror stories & he's not even a vet. The husband and wife also like to have full blown arguments and yell at each other with customers in the building. I regret taking my baby boy here and will be damned if I ever say a positive thing about this place.

Craig and Susan Wicker are wonderful vets who love animals and take great care of their customers and their pets. The staff are also made up of nice, caring ladies whom will get you scheduled and they all are so friendly.

Father and I called this location back in May 2023 prior to appointment date. As I have a AMERICAN STAFFORDSHIRE BULL TERRIER. Aged 3 year (as of posting), they would NOT take or even attempt to spade my dog.

Months of waiting for NOTHING! Don't waste your time; find a different place. Rude and ignorant.

- "We don't take new clients; as you haven't been before! "

- "He's way to big and way to wild! " (He's hyper with all new people; he's a good dog!)

I had sent my boyfriend to grab a tick and flea pill, and we couldn’t find it anywhere when i got home.so we searched everywhere for it, and my dog needed it today, it was his last day.we went to four springs to search for it and noticed the sign said open but it was 1 and a half hours after they closed.so i called and they picked up the phone and i asked if they were closed they said they were cleaning up, so i asked if we could possibly stop by to grab another one and they welcomed us to stop by, and sold us another one.

Visited the vet for my grandma's dog, located in a lovely business in the countryside. We enjoyed the customer service, and the veterinarian herself was very compassionate. I highly recommend their services.

The cheaper prices drew us in, but not worth it for us. The guy can be pretty rude and every time we took our puppy she left there terrified because they hurt her so bad. They would mess up the shots and wouldn’t get all the medicine in her and also trimmed her nails down so short they were bleeding. We had to point out to the vet that she was bleeding. You also can’t ever get through to them. There is always a busy signal. Just not worry it in our opinion.

Love this place! Dr. Susan Wicker and the Four Springs Team are the best and she just takes her time to listen to your concerns and you can't beat there prices I'm glad u found them I drive an hrs or so and I don't regret it.

Is there an actual number to call that doesn't give a busy signal? A friend shared about this vet and I wanted to schedule an appointment for both my chihuahuas.

It was really good. My baby girl was happy to see us and today she happy all around. So my experience is a 5

Dr. Susan is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, caring and competent. Staff is accommodating. Performed euthanasia on my dog in timely and caring manner.

They were very good with my dogs and very up front very friendly staff and reasonable prices

I love this place! Heather is always so helpful to me and Dr. Wickard is very good at what she does. Thank you all at Four Springs!

If you ask around about Four Springs, you'll either get folks who love the place and have been going for years, or folks who say to stay away at all costs. I had a great experience there, and I like that they are not trying to rip you off with procedures your pet doesn't need. I will go to Four springs for yearly checkups and minor issues (e.g. Ear infection). For surgeries I will probably go somewhere else.

The service they provided for both my cat and dog. They take pride in caring for the animals. I highly recommend them. They will always have my business for now on. Thank you very much
