Fox Dental Ltd, Lemoyne PA

I like Fox Dental. They understand my anxiety about being there and are friendly. I do find it hard to talk to someone that is behind my back. I'm hard of hearing at times and it would be nice to speak face to face before the work is started.

I always get great service at Fox Dental. They were able to squeeze me in for an emergency appointment after a long weekend. Deb at the front desk called multiple endodontists to find me a same day root canal appointment. I was in agony and they took that seriously and went above and beyond to make sure I got the treatment I needed.

Fox Dental is the best dentist office i've ever went to, I'm so happy I found them. Also, I had the sweetest hygienist cleaning my teeth and she was so thorough and always showed concern for my well being. I hope she will be there on my next appointment. Also, the Dentist who did a follow up inspection after cleaning was pleasant and on top of things! Thank you Fox Dental

Both the hygienist & dentist took great care in making sure I was comfortable, not in any pain & also allowing me little breaks due to my health issues. I good appt.

They make you feel comfortable here and take the best care. Came in with a lot of issues. Never once did they make me feel bad about it, they only wanted to help fix things for me. Highly recommend

I always feel relaxed when I go to Fox Dental. Dr. Ngo is very thorough in her examinations. All of the staff is excellent at their jobs. My dental assistant, is always bubbly and professional. Both were thorough and gave me sound advice regarding my dental situation.

Dr. Fox and her highly competent staff have been our dentist for years. They are thorough, painless when extra care was needed, and communicates all procedures being performed in a caring and congenial manner.

Update: Dr. Kim Ngo has taken over the practice and the excellent quality of care and efficiency continues seamlessly. The staff could not be more friendly, and they are competent and focused on each patient in both treatment and preventative dentistry. It's a joy to visit during my semi-annual checkup.

I seriously appreciated the kindness of the dentist and her assistant today as I was getting my tooth filled. I was extremely nervous as I always am when getting a filling. But Dr. Ngo was very encouraging telling me she would give me all the Novocain I needed, and there was no pain. Very sweet people. Thank you.

My visits at Fox Dental have always been efficient, professional and friendly. Staff’s attentiveness and great service have made my visits to “The Dentist “ very pleasant.

My appointment went well. I had 2 women (the dentist & her assistant) who worked well together and kept me comfortable during my procedure. All the employees are kind and friendly. I have been coming here since I was a child (many moons ago!) & I will continue to so.

11/28/23- Today's appointment was all but a carbon copy of my first appointment. The same dentist & assistant replaced my temporary cap with the permanent tooth. They both are very kind & do a great job! All the employee's are kind and friendly. I would recommend this Dentist for any dental work!

From the time I walked into the room, every procedure was explained. Dr. NGO and Katie were excellent and always making sure I was comfortable. Great experience!

Seems like I’ve been going to this dental practice forever (Sheaffer then Becky Fox and now Dr. Ngo). I have never had a complaint or bad experience. These folks are the best.
