I have had a couple of visits from Fox since signing up with them this past summer. Twice the same technician Austin Creasy performed my service. He has been nothing but professional, very detailed and thorough! He documents all tasks preformed and what may happen next. He has even taken pictures of possible problem areas that I need to fix to keep my home pest free. Today Austin went out of his way and brought my emptied waste receptacles from down at the road, back up to my house! Talk about Customer Service Above and Beyond! Mike was on time and went to work right away. He found an two areas where the mice were able to penetrate the house. He then put trapes around those areas for ensure complete coverage. Extremely happy with Mike and Fox Pest Control.
